@@grandadsteves5543 I'm a 64 year old (not yet granddad), who loves music and during the 60s... 😁 ...as child/preteen, immersed in the Soul, Jazz, Rock, Pop, and emerging "Funk" of the late 60s/early 70s, music has always has been (and continues to be) a big part of my life. Experiencing music and dance as a club kid (1974-), DJ (1977-1989), Ballroom and Latin instructor/choreographer (1994-2011) certainly informed and expanded my love and understanding of the forms and possibilities in this thing we humans create... and treasure. I appreciate what you're doing. (Would LOVE to hear what you would do with Gary Wright's "Our Love Is Alive" or the album version of Soul II Soul's "Move Me No Mountain" cover... 😉 ...if/assuming you like these songs.) Keep doing what you're doing.

Hi Gordon, I can see that music really has been a big part of your life - whereas for me, my wife says I just look better with headphones on!!!) I can't purchase a backing track for the Soul II Soul song but can get Love Is Alive so will try and do that one. Not sure that this is a remix but probably one of the clearest copies of the tune I've ever heard. However you can hear slight distortions from the vocal as its an acapella and the timing of the vocal is slightly off but still a fantastic attempt.

Hi Jay, the definition of a remix is "a variant of an original recording (as of a song) made by rearranging or adding to the original." so it's a remix to me (and let's be honest if you want anyone to find your "variation/interpretation" of a song on KZbin it helps to put remix in the title.) I really am a grandad so I suspect that your hearing is better than mine. You may be right re the vocals - as I had to try and blend the original song (of which there are a few variants) to a studio purchased backing track. Anyway, thanks for giving it a listen.
