I have 3 decently size suggestions 1 - Ruin Cards A card that makes a nation lose land, probably with small and large variations 2 - Percintile Origins When a union happens, rather then one origin just becoming the origin for the entire new nation, have it so that it is calculated based on size and using %, this would be somewhat complex but it would be sick seeing the difrent ethnicities 3 - Origin Edit Right now once you set the name or color of a new nation that becomes a the color and name of that origin forever, make it so that in origin mode you can change the name and color of origins

Please make a "delete save option" (if you havent yet done that). A religion-like thing could also be fun. For example it says "make religion", and then you make a name and colour to that religion and you give it to the selected country, maybe area coded, instead of country coded (like how the origin mode works). Or maybe countries can more easaly attack countries with a different religion or sum./

I think a card to allow bigger kingdoms to puppet smaller ones would be awesome. Say it could only be drawn by kingdoms of a certain size and it would almost be a soft union. The bigger kingdom would be invulnerable from attacks from the smaller one and for expansions it would count the puppets land. Splits would have the option of just breaking the puppet state away, and with small splits, unions, and castles you could choose between the puppet state and the big kingdom. So it would basically give larger kingdoms safe guards against bad draws.

The New religious Trait could be called 'Crusader' which lets you draw expand the major religion if the civilization has a religion to fight for.

I'd say Evangelical and Crusader, with Evangelical being able to expand the religion more, but Crusader gets a bonus in attacking areas that doesn't have the same state religion, but a penalty to attacking those that do.

@@Tytoalba777 That works, though he will have to find a way to detect what the major religion is for that empire first. As much as I like the Origin tab like Unionizing does nto change the people of that region completely, and I feel that is likely how the religion is going to end up working with it just being "Oh you are this religion in this massive empire? Well not anymore for this small empire got the religious card so this entire empire is now a different religion." Additionally I think a 'Inquisition' trait should allow an Empire to remove religion from an area because they are faithless or just not religious. I know that Inquisition is more enforcing religion but we can bend that a bit to keeping religion out.

What might be a cool addition to the game would be a kind of replay function that allows you to look back at previous turns. It would also be nice if there was a way to easily screenshot the entire map with nothing in the way, this could work great for making video's that don't show the process of drawing and just the result of each turn.

We could imagine that Anatolia emerged from a succession war in the Illyrian Empire and then play an numidian invasion of the mediterranian isles as tensions rose and its leader saw an opportunity to take advantage of the situation. Perhaps Greece should go to Anatolia, it would make nicer borders, or it could be split ?

Can you add a new feature?Like for example a card to make a country a puppet like if Illyrians took a lot of land from the Celts they can make the Celts their puppet and there could be a ability where when the host country when taking some land can also give some to their puppet in the turn!I also think you now the puppet wouldn't be able to take lands from the host country or the host country can't take lands from the puppet!Can you also add a full Asian Map,African Map and an Oceania one!These are all ideas feel free to make whatever you like from this comment but I would like it so that all these ideas happen!😁😊👍

I think hit pause on full steam release. I think the itch page is fine as a demo. I think it would be better for the game if you release a fully playable version that you are happy with. Having it in a completed state (with the features that you think are most important) and then adding content past that would, in my opinion, keep people playing and would lead to better reviews. I feel like I see too many games go for early access or pre-release and then just bomb or never get out of that stage. I think it may cause some confusion having a "free" version on itch and a paid version on steam, people may feel like they are being ripped off if they don't look carefully

Honestly I'm still all for Macedon becoming a thing just north of the whole Illyria/Anatolia debacle. As for the war, I kinda like the idea that Illyria is sandwiches between Numidia and Anatolia and split, then the two superpowers can battle it out, Numidia Vs Anatolia

You mentioned on an earlier vid you wanted to eliminate the union skip. If possible, maybe keep it, even if different implementation. Or maybe make it so that a nation can only unionize if with 1000 tile size of each other. Also, i agree with some of the comments talking about a time line where you can see the progress per year/turn. I just got into this game about a week ago and im loving it. Ive spent way too much time on it. 😂

And also I encounter a bug: when I rename any country all the countries after that have that name. If I reenter the game all the countries get their proper names but the first country gets the name it had before getting renamed
