I'd like Doom with footsteps. Both player and demons. Step sound unique for each Demon and volume fading with distance etc. All sounds should have more reverb in large areas / none in open spaces etc.

Ever since this new GZDoom RTX mod came out.... I've felt a slight, but definitely there, mental torture by the fact that I cannot yet play this Doom RTX mod with Brutal Doom.... yet. Just IMO... That combination is going to absolutely redefine the old school Doom experience for a modern era.

Hahaha 😂 you can look up in the new steam version of DOOM 1 + 2, I’m using a simple unbranded $6 DP to HDMI splitter from china and it works fine. Even on 800x600 113hz

Curious, set up a Sony 1304 I hadn't turned on in decades - screen was green for hours and very slowly started showing some other colors in a recognizable though faded way. Sorta remember playing games like Doom on it.

That sounds to me like a capacitor went bad, not an expensive fix but it sucks!

@@CalmCrafter1999 I thought it was simply the phosphors hadn't been excited in decades. The color was SLOWLY coming back, though looked faded. Maybe that's just 'cause what I'm use to now. I've another, larger, Sony, I've not used for somewhat less time, but similar in decades. I just keep stuff...

Can't wait until we get some AMD support so I can play this. This looks sooooooooo cool 😎. I love how this game is still alive thanks to modders. Until my AMD build can play this I'm going to enjoy playing some Doom Slayers Chronicles with the new Brutal Doom Mod. Love our modders
