The sheer amount of story in doom is pretty ridiculous. All the way down to the only reason the doom guy demons stand any chance against you is because they are basically soldiers trained the same way as you but they just decided to be demons. Also sam hayden is the weird moth guy who gave you your immortality just rebuilt as a robot for reasins i dont remember

Thankfully, the Bethesda Launcher has been discontinued, so this and any other Bethesda titles on Steam aren’t tainted by it anymore. Which is an unsubtle way of saying “play these games, they’re good shit.”

ok so all of the doom games, the og and modern ones are on steam, the bethesda launcher you are forced to use if you bought a physical copy of the game since the code is only redemable on the the bethesda launcher. doom is old too, so if you ever do decide to give the doom series a shot you have to try one of the og games at least once.

The moth doujin whose panels Maxor inserts in the video is entirely fucked up. Aside the gross and paedo-like thirstiness the moth demoness was to the main dude of the story, the plot twist makes you go, "What the fuck? Wait, what?" Thankfully, there was the wholesome version. It's still weird but not the Shyamalan-fucked up kind of weird.
