Tbf, this kind of thing is basically 'tuesday' for her (a la the Bison quote; "...but for me, it was tuesday."). With it all being part of Fig's crippling identity issues. It is one of the pretty morally conpromising things about her... But, you know, her dad is a demon.

i agree with the comments above but yeah i also feel a bit weird with how far this particular disguise has gone. most of her others have been one off occurrences and/or necessary to some extent, this time it feels a little too involved and personal to not feel like... overstepping in some kind of way.

I think for it to be cheating, Fig would have to be even remotely attracted to him- this is more like psychological warfare.

@@jensencaldwell5101while i get that impression as well it feels also quite necessary. With all the weird tension and oddities between the Bad Kids and the Rat Grinders, it seems like a good way to gain information while keeping things amicable. If they are evil then later after planting these inception-esque schemes Fig and crew can gain a lot of information. But if they are good or at least not truly evil and just like rivals, then Wanda can just not be brought up again. If they are rivals that heartbreak could make Rueben stronger or make them less of a threat, and if they are good then maybe it’ll be good inspiration for his songs. Although it sounds harsh, they already don’t like the dude so in all options it wont hurt their school life. This seems necessary and clever to me. Doesn’t shake the feeling that its still a little weird for a multitude of reasons, Ayda for one example.
