So since when is Lex smarter than Bruce Wayne ? From what I understood @13:00 that Adrian chose the smartest among the two and next we see new Rorschach at Wayne Manor. So it means that Adrian went to Lex who is smarter (?) Or is it Batman who is the smartest man on the planet, and not Bruce Wayne in the eyes of the public (since Adrian did get his info from what seems to be a like a library? And this I understand from the other Comicstorian video DCeased comics where Lex asks if Bruce Wayne is still alive before he declares himself the smartest man alive. Can someone clarify ?

Bruce isn't the smartest man in the world. He's barely top 5 actually. Lex, T.O. Morrow, Mr. Terrific, Atom are all smarter than him off of the top of my head. Lex in particular is considered a 12th level intellect. The only reason Batman is stated as second in this story is because he's far more popular and relevant than the other characters listed (also the interactions between Batman and Rorschach due to their parallels are too good to pass up).
