I could be confusing it with another map, but I remember you doing one level where I was disappointed that you got through it so smoothly when I was hoping to see you struggle like I had hahaha and I’m pretty sure it was the second bomb being skipped entirely😂😂 Also, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do more DK2 haha. Found your channel from your first video you did on it, then subbed immediately and bought the game immediately after that😂. By far my favorite content you make, which is definitely saying something seeing as I enjoy your other content alot as well

I think the clue may be in what tiny amount of information lays in the Mission Brief which states: Disarm all bombs.

The first time of me going thru his mission I didn’t know that there was a second bomb so I threw a frag and it blew up the bomb. I probably shouldn’t have done that

I don't think all glass doors need to be marked as such. Could represent Intel saying "there is a door here" but not what kind. Perhaps change to a dotted line when someone has line of sight when they learn it's not solid.

I ran through the first time. Got the first bomb. Didn't know there was a second. Second play through I was able to defuse both with dynamic entries. It was a heck of a mission. Good luck on your next run.

One effective way I found to work with very enclosed quarter with very strong defence like this is using smoke to block their vision on the entry, divide them up, and then toss grenades on each possible defensive locations to weaken them

I love both, I still think the first one is more "cerebral" whilst the second improves on the planning mode is more action heavy and provides interesting situations w/ suicide bombers etc. recommend both. first one you can pick up for the price of a beer.

12:53 Based on what I've learned watching your other Door Kickers 2 videos, I think you should've moved yellow into the kitchen so he got both bathroom and hallway covered.

For my first try my solution for the entry was aggressive use of the sniper while one guy set a breaching charge on the door, with the intention of stunning whoever might be behind the barricade. Then once I blew the door in, two guys take out the guy behind the barricade and any other people in the room, while two other guys smoke the corridor and the kitchen, allowing one guy to run straight through the middle while the other three set up security. There is some risk of people popping out of the smoke, but smoking at least the corridor speeds things up a lot.

It's a blast man. I bought it after watching Controlled Pairs play it a few weeks back, and now it's my go to game to play when I want a break from FPS's or I only have a few minutes to play. Can't recommend it enough!

I also think that the second bomb is in the guest bedroom. See the flipped table at the end of the bedroom hall and the scratches on the floor like something heavy was moved around... like a huge fricking bomb....

Right around launch I gave up on the game because none of their weapon mods were balanced at all. Moving up to a higher caliber resulted in decreased power...many weapons and ammo upgrades were completely unbalanced and quite unrealistic. Totally frustrating when an unmodded weapon has higher ergo than a modded one it just doesn’t make sense

it's much better now, granted the 7.62×51 guns are much more powerful than others, but with the right ammo 5.56 guns are very useful too
