However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

Hi, I installled a new bell box on an already present connection. There was no bell sound while connecting the two wires of the bell box with the two wires in the wall socket. I went outside and pressed the bell button and the bell was ringing inside. Today, the postman came and kept ringing the bell, but no sound came. I checked the two wires if they are connected properly with bell box, and as soon as I disconnected only one cable and touched it with bell wire to reconnect, it gave the bell sound. Everytime the bell and wall wire touches, the bell rings. So I reconnected the wires, and went outside to ring the bell. But again there is no sound. What is wrong? Yesterday bell was working fine from bell press button after connecting, today it's not, but bell is giving sound on touching the wall wire. We have two bell buttons outside, connected on same bell connection. Both press buttons are not giving bell sound inside. I wish I can fix it myself
