Sir pls learn marathi too from mam. Tips: 1. Stop eating dry fruits, choclate,chana,sugarcane juice,masala dosa,coffee etc while u travel to hill station sp panchgani. 2. Stop eating Malai Pa v with jam,kheema,Omlete,tea at(Apsara) in morning on ur holiday tour. 3.Stop eating heavy lunch like biryani,jumbo prawn,white dry malai chicken specially from "Delhi darbar"in afternoon
