@aletaisrael your kitchen space alone including the pantry is a complete one bedroom house equivalent if the kitchen space was an open kitchen living area with diner and the pantry as a bedroom. Excluding your current living area which is more than a half court size. Well done. That primary bathroom you have is way bigger than most studio flats people have.

Hello, I love your house how many square feet is your entire house. And how high are your ceilings on the first and second floor? Also, do you have a rooftop deck? I can’t remember I like it.
