Keep the videos coming! -A cutout of a part went with the chips and jammed between the screw conveyor and the guide, we unscrewed the guide to free the part. But the screw wasn't turning afterward on a dmn5700. we found the trip breaker in the electrical panel and running again. Videos of things that could go wrong like that would prepare us for the unthinkable. -How to do an internal subprogram structure within the same program instead of copying toolpath codes for multiple work offsets, g54 g55 etc. m98 is external and have to load different program for each tool but there must be a way for doing it with one program. -How to run an external program on the memory card with a main program that only has: O0001 m198p0011 m30 If my program has T1, T2, T3, and what to start at T2, have to use single block, press cycle start until we see the header of the external program, I enter T2 number search? press cycle start remove single block and T2 starts normally. What are the other functions that can be used to navigate in the program, such as running tools back and forth and starting at specific points, skipping the ruffing and jumping to the finish passes. -And same question for running subs from memory card for multiple offsets.

Use M98 QXXXX The Q is for internal subprograms.

Would have been nice if you also showed how to get the program once you have a USB inserted, which is harder to figure out.

How to get to the programs using the LAN connection, I believe you use number 5 at the I/O port. Also you have 10 youtubes when 100 would barely scratch the surface!!!. Look at what HAAS does with their tips channel. Your EZ Guide system is anything but user friendly thats why % wise its so under utilized. Granted youtube is full of info but nothing beats getting the data right from thr horses mouth......

Donald, the LAN connection is actually channel 9. Also there is a page on the control where you enter the MAC address, IP address and Subnet Mask. I appreciate your feedback about the videos we have produced. With the company being sold and then changing names, along with IMTS being this past September all of the video production was put on hold. There will be more videos and technical tips coming in 2023.

Quite literally the most st useless video I have ever seen, it is 2023 channel 17 is usb channel 4 is compact flash memory. You can impress me by listening all forms of IO including channel 1. Please can some tell my how to navigate file folders on USB while in MANUAL GUIDE I
