@benjaminchen43676 ай бұрын
For crouch movement - I can't remember where I saw this but there's a similar technique where you barely tap crouch in the middle of a wide swing, it basically tricks the opponent into thinking you're stopping and committing so they shoot, but by the time they've reacted, you already let go of crouch and you're swinging wider past their shots and you get an easy kill.

Okay so yes this couch peak and crouch tapping during fights can work but depends on the rank. At the ranks of these pros, all of them are pre aiming head level so it throws them off. However, at lower ranks not many have the head level preaim. They usually are off a little and sometimes that crouch peak can line your head up with their pre aim. Just a thought

atp theres no difference in crouching or not crouching, if the crosshair placement is inconsistent then it will be random regardless, but is a good habit to learn for when or if you reach high elo. unless ofc you're silver then everybody will be aiming at the ground so mayb this would be bad lol

Went from plat 2 to dia 3 in 2 weeks, if you're a player who wants to improve their overall gameplay mechanics- I would definitely suggest to try and practice crouching! still keep in mind that Spray Crouching is still something that will screw you over more than benefit, try finding the balance in strafing Whilst crouching a lil? A big thing for those trying to get noticed, even if you arent super cracked, streaming or connecting with streamers is your best bet. A solid chunk of spots in APAC t1 are taken by non APAC players like Ban and governer who come from NA. due to their experience, even if Premmie is a better player, ban and gov are more likely to get picked up before him. It is a grind, but u can fast track the grind by streaming and connecting with players/streamers. if youre not streaming your gameplay your probably not gonna go pro. The funny thing about his movement is it's very similar to donk from cs. They both use the same type of style of moving and crouching and uncrouching to be much harder to hit. Of course other pros do this but the efficiency and precision of the movement is usually just much cleaner from both of them.

I want to point out that you said he’d only just now been picked up by an org and that even players at his level can take time to be approached by an org. @plankton3836 ай бұрын
I like this video format. Can you do analysis of other pro players please? 🙏🏻
@prognargada2 ай бұрын
Actually what makes this play good because he has good counter strafing. This is a basic skill needed to play in CSGO up to CS2. It has the advantages of better spray control, low angle and accuracy. Reason why a lot of youtubers say it is not good to crouch because they are possibly low rank at that time and doesn't have the skill to pull this technique properly. I've been doing this since the csgo days and brought to valorant it is really effective at the same time ineffective. So first I'll explain why it is effective, as primmie shows it in the video it gives you fast and unpredictable advantage when peeking corners in which high rank games and professional consist of. While in low ranks people are just full on run and gun playing like an overwatch or apex game with bad aim and movement skills. in which leads to easily killing players who crouch while doing gunfights because of mostly players on that rank are aiming at body level. Most likely why youtubers like not big names or unknown channels tend to advice not to crouch since they are not that good yet. And secondly most of the professional players that transition from csgo to valorant tend to say crouching does not give you advantages, because it doesn't make you accurate, nor gives you easy control for the spray, and also slows you by a lot making you committed to gunfights. And valorant punishes this type of plays without any mercy at all, so basically making them neglect or forget this skill they build, for their skill it is disadvantageous for them to keep doing it. Just sharing my thoughts to clarify for the new and upcoming beginners who are planning to play this game. I can pull this type of plays but not as good as professional players since I am just a casual competitive player. But if I'll be honest, I can say that crouch play is very viable with the phantom. It might be placebo but I feel more accurate since it basically stop me in my tracks immediately. I tried it with vandal but I just can't seem to perfect the timing for the first bullet accuracy of vandal or mayber riot is just giving me worst RNG. Anyway have fun guys just sharing some insights just incase :)

I HATE the people that are like "omg insta croucher" "you crouch in fights so you're bad", primmie is the perfect example of crouching not being bad but choosing when to do it. Sure his tactic is a bit extreme way of embracing crouching, but at the same time it also shows that crouching is just another form of movement to throw off people mid duel.
@tftsheepcup3 ай бұрын
Another thing that stands out is that a lot of times if he’s holding an angle, he often places his crosshair for an enemy wide peek (further from the edge of the wall where he knows someone might come from.) I tried this method and it just feels like people run straight into your bullet a lot of times and my headshot percentage has gone up a lot.
