Nick is really the last person who should be critiquing the ethics or behavior of anyone else. It’s nauseating that such a person is being given air time at any tournament. Clearly he is articulate, insightful & charismatic as a tennis commentator, but that doesn’t mean that he deserves that opportunity.

krygios, with his animosity and aggressive expressions, his lack of objectivity lowers the level of sports journalism. It is a shame especially in tennis, which has had great journalists and commentators

Kyrgios is absolutely right when he talks about preferential treatment thanks to his fame, expensive lawyers and a 2-year sentence. In fact, 2 years are foreseen for domestic violence, not disqualification, but prison, and this for violence against his ex-girlfriend, a crime for which he was tried in February 2023 in the Canberra court. His expensive lawyers, after failing to prove that the facts did not occur, brought forward the thesis of mental infirmity, a thesis that was accepted, therefore he was acquitted on the grounds that he had committed "a single act of stupidity and frustration" and not for not having committed the act. (and if anyone still hasn't understood, the victim is called Chiara Passari and the accused Nick Kyrgios)

Why on earth is the clearly troubled Kyrgios 's opinion sought? He gets fàr to much publicity........go look at his personal yourney. Leave Sinner alone!

Totally agree, he talked without doing the actual research. If he was referring to the Simona Halep case, where Roxadustat was found in her body, it was 0.2 nanograms per millilitre, compared to Jannik Sinner's 21 picograms per millilitre of Clostebol which is about 0.021 nanograms this is 10 time less. In the case of Simona Halep she got 2 years and later reduced to 9 months. I'm not surprised Jannik also got a reduced sentence in the end.

Sorry, but Nick is right on this one. The ATP are not banning him because he is the next big star of tennis. He should be serving a ban right now. Jannik's game went up a level in terms of speed and power, and now we know why.

@@JeremyWade-z2n "I don't know" so that's good explanation he should know exactly what goes in not his body so he's basically blaming his physio training team. Fact is he had a banned substance in his system regardless of how it got there and tested positive twice should be banned case closed...

Try to use this cream Nick and let us see if your tennis performance improves at Jannik's level?😂I mean you might improve in sport, in mind, in class! If this will be the case try a foot message!

because Kyrgios says how a double positive doping test is normally handled, you discredit him on some charge of domestic violence showing him smashing a racket, suggesting he is violent, because he admitted he pushed a passive agressive woman ?. Lets be clear on the facts . Sinner's physiotherapist cut his finger and put a spray with doping warning written handed over from Sinners fitness trainer, but does not cover the cut to work on Sinners muscles. That is their story. ridiculous! All soccer physios wear gloves when they enter the pitch to treat an injured player. Lets consider another story. Spray/creme doping is well known in Italy, to boost their haemoglobin, oxygen capacity of blood, as quantities in the body remain minimally undetected. Italy has been in the midst of a clostebol crisis, for the past decade. Tennis player Battaglino was banned for four years Last 4 years, 38 Italian athletes have tested positive for clostebol despite the fact it is scarcely produced, including youth doping in 2 Tennis cases. A spray on Lucioni containing clostebol to help heal the footballer’s cut more quickly. The excuse is well known! The spray keeps selling well because of its doping substance, which is labeled on top and can be seen as advertisement, with easy excuses. It may be used so much on lower levels of sport where no doping tests are made. Now my hypothetical story : Sinner's staff is using the spray regularly for many years, as they know the quantities will not be detected. Clostebol detection methods have become more sensitive. And that may have exposed Sinner.

Aha! Sinner is not guilty of doping - because Kyrgios mistreats his girlfriends. Ey!?! That's such a pathetic statement! The objective of this video is no more nor less than an ad-hominem attack on Kyrgios, because he "dated" to voice his opinion on the topic of Sinner's doping violation. I'm not convinced that Sinner wasn't micro-doping. He tested positive twice - a week apart WADA keeps previous blood samples archive for all players so that they can be retested when more sensitive tests become available. They should have retested Sinner's previous seceral blood samples, but they didn't. Why not?!

How do you know they didn't since Sinner wasn't under a cloud already? They aren't going to release information about a blood test unless he fails and we haven't heard anything, have we?

Two tier ruling. You need to apply the same rules for all athletes. Kyrgios is right. Your explication is manipulative and at best can be considered a personal opinion. I hope people will not subscribe to another manipulative, fake news channel.

I agree with you that rules should be the same for everyone, and that's why I went and checked the procedure for these kind of cases. I was happy to find out that the rules were followed meticulously and everything went the way the law was intended. If you are referring to other cases like Halep's or Jarry's then you are oversimplifying things which can be dangerous when the matter is so complicate. Those cases were extremely different and, even there, everything was handled as it should've.

I thought Sinner had special treatment but not at all. It is not the same case of Sharapova and Halep. I like to answer to Shapovalov : he say different rules for different name i say : different rules for different cases. Please read the Jannik case .

You're mistaken, for example Halep was disqualified and then exonerated, but she didn't experience the same dynamics, nor was she able to demonstrate transparency as clearly as Sinner and his team did. A comparable case to Sinner's is that of Marco Bortolotti, ranked 87th in the ATP, not exactly a major name in the world tennis scene, yet he too was not disqualified. Before commenting or judging, it would be wise to study the cases. I'm not so much hurt by you, but certainly by people like Nick Kyrgios who knows very well that every comment about it is picked up by media outlets worldwide. Study before commenting; otherwise, it's either to unjustly attack Sinner or, as his lawyers claim, he has mental health issues...

I really hope people stop listening to folks like you or that guy kirgios, who are either straight-up lying or just clueless because they can’t be bothered to get their facts straight. It’s 2024, and it’s sad that people still don’t know how to do some basic research online, where legit sources are right there. My advice? Do your homework before talking, or you’ll just keep looking like a total fool. Unfortunately, there are way too many people like you out there spreading trash and messing up real information.
