My mom always heard when she grew up that people have seen her. And “why didn’t you come up to say Hi?” But it wasn’t her. Almost 60 years later she found out she have a half sister, just one year older than her. That grew up in the same city, even played on the same street. and they used to look very much alike. They met for the first time only months ago :)

I only watch at night, either to help get to sleep or if I wake up and am wide awake. I have what I call a "racing brain" full of projects and ideas swirling around and these stories help to slow it down. In fact, for the artist I am sorry to say, I seldom look at the pictures, excellent though they are, as I have my eyes shut concentrating on the words and hoping to sleep. These videos are a winning formula and I especially appreciate the English voice and calm, measured delivery.

My grandfather was an exceedingly down-to-earth sort: A real no-nonsense, blue-collar type; grew up on a farm in Illinois during the depression; fought in WWII; worked as a plumber for forty years. He wasn't spiritual or even remotely religious, and had no interest in telling tales, tall or otherwise... and yet he once recounted to me that one night, while a 21-year old stationed at Pearl Harbor, he looked into a bathroom mirror, and in the mirror was an old man he did not immediately recognize, but that fifty years later he realized the man he saw was himself.

My mother doesn't have a doppleganger, but what is called a vardogr. She needed to have a gold necklace repaired and wanted to get to a specific jeweller who had repaired some of her jewellery before, as he did good work. She stressed about it for a while, so when I was able, I took her down. When the jeweller saw her, he said "Oh Mrs XXX, I'll be able to fix that chain for you now". "How did you know it needed repairing?" said mum. "Because you spoke to me 2 days ago about it" he answered. "I haven't been able to come down, I just came now, my daughter bought me here." she said. The jeweller looked at her and said "I think you have a vardogr....you know, a spirit predecessor." The jeweller was of Norwegian descent and explained to us what a vardogr was. It was just uncanny!!

i love all things creepy and spooky. but for whatever reason, the doppelganger phenomenon is one that really scare the hell out of me more than most others. it's just so twisted. i strongly believe in the idea that time is not linear and that the past, present, and future are all occurring simultaneously. so in that sense, doppelgangers could just be a very natural phenomenon of "time glitches" that we just can't quite explain yet. but there are other elements of it that feel more dark or negative in nature. i REALLY want to know the answer to this one.

I have a story like this. I still get goosebumps when I tell it. About 6 years ago, I was at my dining room table, wrapping Christmas presents. The house was silent, which creeps me out, so I flipped on the T.V. for background noise. After a few minutes, i started to get mildly annoyed by Spongebob's laughter, so I changed it to the news or something. As I did that, my 7 year old daughter, who was sitting on the couch, yelled out, "hey! I was watching that!" So I mumbled an apology and switched it back to Spongebob. It took me about 20 seconds to realize she was at school. I slowly raised my eyes to the spot on the couch where she had been sitting, and there was nobody in the room. I sat at the table and stared at that spot for what felt like eternity, just trying to comprehend what had just happened. Not long after, she got off the school bus just like any other day. Still cannot explain it, and still get freaked out thinking about it.

Selena Lemiec Something similar had happened to me. I’ve commented this on a few other videos over the years on different accounts, but I’ll say it again. I had been standing in my kitchen supervising my sister playing outside through my kitchen window and I happened to glance out of the kitchen door to see my brother walk down the hall and out the already open front door to where my sister is and then they start talking. I think nothing of it. I then see my brother run back through the door and down the hallway and into my living room, I’m assuming to get back to what he was watching on tv, but just to be safe - I go to check why he’s running, so I go down the hall and into the living room and he just wasn’t there. At all. There is literally no way he could’ve passed me because there is only one point to enter and exit my living room and I was walking towards it already. I asked my sister if she’d just seen my brother and spoken to him and she said no. It turns out that my brother was upstairs on his PlayStation and hadn’t even been downstairs in the period of time that this happened. Although my sister said she hadn’t seen him or spoken to him, I know what I heard and saw was real. I know for a fact because I still remember it clearly years later and my mum witnessed it too and she is the first person to try and come up with a logical or scientific explanation for extraordinary events, but this time she didn’t even try. Instead, she called my brother downstairs and asked him if he’d gone outside and stood there in mad confusion when he said no.

He came running up convinced he saw someone walk past the door. He wasn’t a superstitious type of guy, very level headed and rational. Me and the other person went down with him to look around but didn’t see anything. We asked what the person looked like and we both laughed because it sounded like he described himself! He was noticeable shaken tho, I remember it clearly. He was murdererd three months after that day. It was only after I thought of the significance of what he saw. It had creeped me out ever since, I hope to God I don’t see that - I’d rather not have the warning. RIP JD, a super cool dude who died far too young. I still think you and miss you X

I told him it was another girl who people thought we looked alike. I didn't think we did.. We both were in labor together and we gave birth to sons. We decided to get shared rooms so we can keep each other's company being first time moms. He brothers and her visitors got us mixed up and I would wake up to her brothers taking turns holding my son. It’s such a fascinating story that people want to believe it as a true account, as I initially had. But the background information can lead the reader to skepticism. It was first published in a book written by spiritualist Robert Dale Owen in the mid-nineteenth century to promulgate the Spiritualist sect which had gained a little fashionable popularity in that era. Apparently, the story was related to him 14 years after the alleged events by only one witness, a Latvian aristocrat. As I recall, from having researched it years ago, records of Emilie’s life before in Europe and afterward in Russia couldn’t be traced, if she had ever existed and I don’t believe she had. Who can trace that Latvian school? I can't, except for the nearby village.

She didn't just see me, she walked out on the street to give me a good scolding about skipping class. The aparition looked straight at my grandma, without any emotion, while my grandma was giving her an earful. After my grandma was done, she invited the aparition into her house for lunch. The aparition followed up to a point and then disappeared. At this point my grandma was freaked because she knew it wasn't really me, but something else. As usual after school I dropped by Grandma's house to say hello and have lunch with her and she told me everything. She was around 52-53 years old when it happened , very healthy and still working, so not an old lady's hallucinating it with poor eyesight. She was a very serious and stern woman who didn't enjoy bullshit and jokes. So imagine my surprise when she told me her strange experience. My jaw just dropped. Other people have seen my doppelganger and told me about it, a friend saw me on tv once and called other people too so I have several eyewitnesses calling me to tell me about my appearance on tv , my boss at the time included. And yes the aparition hangs out at my usual places. Could it be astral projection? Who knows!

Lily Goodwin Its possible your grandmother could have seen someone (you) that wasnt really there. That could happen to some people, for various reasons. Low or high blood pressure at the time, or feeling hot or cold. The brain is easily tricked and manipulated, just from everyday things we go through. If people had seen my doppleganger on tv, i’d ask them to show me so it could be verified. Also....relatively honest people, and even those who arent accustomed to joking so much with people can still tell a fib. I have done it before lol. And even young healthy people can hallucinate sometimes, also.

I met my doppelgänger a few years ago. I was on holiday, was with a few friends and literally bumped into her in a bar. Spent the rest of the night talking. Not only did we look alike, we had a heck of a lot in common. It was scary at first but then comfortable. Even the barmen and waitresses thought we were identical twins. Same height, weight, clothes size, feet size, hair colour, eye colour, skin tone. Even the same mannerisms. It was like looking in a mirror.

That sounds like a doppel ringer as described in the video which is another person who looks like you. A lot of people have common features. Also a doppelganger is most likely not going to be partying at a bar and ordering drinks. They usually have a hard time interacting and manifesting.

I've witnessed my own doppelganger manifest on a couple occasions. It was much like its portrayed here, as a dark shadow silhouette that sort of displaces and breaks away from you. From my experiences and research, I'm convinced its a carbon monoxide and u.v. based dissonance between ones light and dark sides. Which can occur for a huge range of reasons. One time i was sitting at a cafe and the voice in the back of my mind said "let's get up and be social, let's have fun!" Some of my friends were at the cafe, but i also was directly in the middle of working on something in front of me... so i suppressed the feeling. But instead of the impulse going away, i felt it suddenly surge forward and i literally saw a dark silhouette of my own body stand up from my chair and turn around and it began moving towards my friend's table. It climbed over my body, and it felt "contaminated" by someone else... as if it was the rambunctious and impulsive child of a neighbor or something. A part of my body that decided to stop being me? I remember immediately feeling tired and sleepy.

I lost my son... He was 4 1/2 months old and he died in my arms at the NICU. A lot like these parents in the video, my wife and I blamed ourselves and each other and for a year there, we fought all the time. I don't think we went two consecutive days without getting into it. Fortunately for us, we had been friends for twenty years before we got together, and the bottom line is we love each other very much, she's my best friend and my lover. As terrible as it is to lose a child, Im glad I had my wife to lean on and be there for her as well. Its been 4 years since he died and we both miss him terribly but life goes on, and the pain has lessened considerably compared to what it was.

"Deadringers" are real. When I was in my mid 20's, I moved to a different state than I grew up in. Everyday while walking home from work, a guy in a car used to always blew his horn at me and say "hi Linda". Meeting some other people in the store of the adjacent town I lived in. They used to talk to me like they knew me and would ask how one of my kids were feeling. Because they've heard the kid was sick. They took steps back from me when I told them that I wasn't who they thought I was. As time went on I started asking more questions about this other woman who was my identical twin. According to them, she had a much different background than I, looked exactly like me and even spoke exactly like me too. Trying to find her, I never got lucky. Until one day while driving a moving van back to the U-haul store. I past a woman getting into a car that was like mine except it was a tan color, it was like looking in the mirror. She looked exactly like me. Even right down to the way I walk. I did a quick double take. Couldn't make a turn around in traffic due to the large moving van I was driving. But I sat for awhile in the U-haul parking lot taking this all in. For along time I tried to find her again. People who knew her said that she moved around often. Had an active lifestyle and her kids often lived with her mother or with their fathers. Active, with different fathers for her kids. Ok, this didn't help much. Eventually I gave up. Someone I met years later who was into tarrot reading. Told me that it was good that I didn't meet her face to face. Conversating with your double doesn't bring good vibes. It also screws with our lives too she said. My husband even said the same thing when he saw her at a store and wondered how did I get there when I was at work and he had just spoken to me a minute ago. He went up to her and asked "how did you get here so quick?". She glared at him for the longest time he said. Then she angerly told him to stop calling her Gina, and to get away from her. He said that something about her was weird. Not because of her actions towards him. But just the feeling he felt from her. It was weird feeling. But when I texted him while he watched her walk away, freaked him out. He called me right away. And hearing my voice while watching her talk to this man she was in a car with and not being on a cell phone. Really freaked him the hell out. He said to me. "Do you have an identical twin?" And are you really sure? Now he knows I don't. But he said that this woman was wearing one of my favorite tops with jeans, fixed her hair exactly like mine. Her voice sounded like me and she even walked like me too. Everything was exactly like me. I bugged him for awhile asking questions. He never wanted to talk about her. Said that it was too creepy and that she gave him the chills even though she looked exactly like me. Standing there looking at her straight in her eyes, he said he felt something was off. And then she started getting angry with him. He only called her my name about 4 times to her. She wasn't very nice he said. Even when he first approached her before calling her by my name. I thought maybe she just was tired of being mistaken for me. This is what I said to my husband. He said no it wasn't. But looking at her straight in the eye gave him chills and made him feel like something wasn't right. Still, I wished I had the chance to run into her. To me it would have been very interesting not scary. I think that with as many people there are living on this earth. That there is bound to be someone who looks like you.

Interestingly enough, human genetics is a lot like shuffling a deck of cards; coming up with the result of people across the world looking alike, but either never meeting, or producing twins with subtle of physical differences. This honestly reminds me of a ghost story where a girl grows up with a Doppelganger of her own, though no one else ever sees her. She likes her double, and often plays with her because she hadn't had other children in her neighborhood. As she grew, so did her double, gathering strength from it when times were tough; her double gave her confidence, and helped simply by being there after she graduated, and soon got her first job. However, when her mother was on her deathbed, she mentioned to the girl that she saw TWO of her near her bed and then caused the girl to tell the story of the companion she had. Her mother had said, "That was your twin sister; she had passed away during childbirth." This story stuck by me because there was no malice of the spirit, and how similar it compares to Doppelgangers. It goes from seeing an apparition that looks exactly like another person, to a demon, or is simply the result of DNA forming one's appearance. I myself believe I have a physical manifestation of my own appearance, and wpuldn't be surprised to either see her, or not during my lifetime. Be neat if I could, considering how many people there are! Be fun playing twin! ^^

This reminds me of how my nephew's say they see me walking into my weight room. All the while I'll be in a different room on the opposite side of the house. Last night I was pouring myself some tea and turned to see my oldest nephew in the living room. Not thinking of anything odd going on at all, I began talking to him. But once I actually entered the living room, no one was there. I thought he was playing around with me, as the living room, dining room, and kitchen are all connected in a circle and sometimes he'll like to try to sneak up on me. So I look into the dining room and catch a quick glimpse of him going into the kitchen. So I follow all the while talking to him. Then he comes out of the bathroom. Looking confused he asks me who I was talking to. I was even more confused because I just saw what I thought was him go in a different direction.

Samuel Meredith Be careful. There have been cases where doppelgängers will kill the original and replace them. Make sure your family knows and that you keep notes on the appearances of this thing. While I can't promise anything, there's a chance that a doppelgänger will move onto another target if one makes those around them aware of it.

Hey, thanks dearly for the info. There has been some updates about this occurrence. Supposedly, my oldest nephew watched an entire movie with some other version of me. A movie I swear I never saw myself or even had any intentions of seeing. The one with Stallone and DeNiro boxing each other. Yeah, my nephew was recalling watching it with "me" and I was so confused. Telling him he has to be mistaken. But he swears to have seen it with me. Even going into detail of the time. Also, there's been alot more just odd sightings. One of my nephews seeing "me" going in my bathroom, then the actual me walking into the room they're in from another direction. But I'll tell everyone and see if things die down.

Maybe this experience is more related to the Mandela Effect, but my close friends who I've known for many years all share the same memory of us meeting up one certain day and me telling them a hilarious story about a couch. They said I was acting really odd because I was laughing uncontrollably while telling the tale. It's true that I laugh easily so that's not the disturbing part. The disturbing part is that I'm known for having an incredible memory and know very well that I never met up with them that day, and have also never told them a story about a couch before. Whenever they brought it up I was certain they were just messing around with me but they aren't the type of people to do that, and they also seemed both annoyed and disturbed whenever I denied the couch tale memory.

The late Canadian folklorist Helen Creighton once recalled a similar vision in an interview. One morning, she woke up and saw a young version of herself walking towards her with a smile. She immediately interpreted it as a warning. The next day, she was driving late at night when a deer suddenly appeared in front of her car. She cried: "Please God, help me." Believing that he would, she took her hands off the steering wheel. Her car hit the deer, but did not come to a difficult stop, it just glided gently onto the side of the road. She felt that doppelgänger had warned her of this and prevented her death.

I'm a skeptical but imaginative person, so I will offer this speculation (not serious, but an idea for fiction): What if your Doppelganger is just your soul, having exited your body? And the reason people die shortly after seeing their Doppelganger is because they were seeing their soul already moving out of its mortal residence? Food for thought.
@diptarkadas5193

There is no scientific evidence that "soul" exist. In most cases, we generally tie certain feelings with the concept of soul. I have some personal experience of so-called "supernatural". In my case, it was deja reve. My theory is that human brain is evolving. Brain and it's workings is already a very complicated thing to explore, but there can be certain mutations that allow somebody to conjure doppelganger or forsee future. But for certain, we don't know what our brain is already capable of.

I saw my father’s doppelgänger OR an imprint in time/space so to speak. I was a young girl about 6 or 7, and I woke up from a bad dream. I wanted to crawl in to bed with my parents but had to walk across the house to get to their room. I saw my dad on the end of the couch, where he liked to sit looking out the window. It was 3:30am, so nothing to see. I said “Dad! Dad! Hey...are you okay?!” And no answer. I actually laughed because he was so deep in thought he didn’t see me. Then I sat next to him on the couch and he didn’t move. I decided to reach out and poke him to perhaps “wake” him up. As my finger got closer he started to glow a bright greenish hue...and then he disappeared like smoke would and was completely gone! I thought I was sick and hallucinating! I told my mom years later that I’ve hallucinated before and told her what happened and she finished my statements! She had seen my dad in the exact same way! Only he wasn’t really there but safe in bed. She saw this twice and I only saw it once. We moved away when I was 14, so no way to experience it again. I can’t tell you what it was, doppelgänger or residual haunting, but he’s alive today, 30 years later. It has shaped my entire life. This world IS NOT what it seems on the surface.

I met my doppelganger when I was 21 in Columbus Ohio. He walked into a pizza shop I was working at with a girl he was dating she and the waitress noticed that we looked identical except he had glasses and I don't. We ate pizza together and took pictures to document this event. When we developed the pictures he didn't show up in mine and I didn't show up in the pictures his girlfriend took. She came in the pizza shop a month later after he disappeared and she couldn't find him. I'm 39 now still alive so I doubt the meeting your doppelganger brings doom. But then again he was never found again or as far as I know. This event was weird and I often think about that day. Strangest part of it all was neither him or I or his girlfriend or the waitress ever asked what our names were. The waitress Beth knew my name never asked for his, niether did I and he nor his girlfriend asked for mine. Even after she came back to the pizza shop and claimed he vanished.

Joseph Middleton interesting story about meeting your doppelgänger. That must have been very upsetting for her dealing with your doppelgänger just disappearing. Then in a very real paradox kind of way she was in love with you.

Back in my freshman year, I met this guy named Adam who could’ve been my twin sans the blue eyes and the fact that he was a senior. But aside from that, we had the same exact face, hair, and even our personalities were extremely similar. We were friends for a majority of the year, and he was mistaken for me by my own family several times.

Years ago I was camping at a decent size camp ground with my girlfriend, and two other couples we new , they all went swimming up at the pool , I stayed at the tent to get the firewood ready for the evening, when I noticed someone walking by , he stopped and stared at me and I stared back , he was identical and I mean identical, same white t shirt, same blue jeans, same brown running shoes, same hair , and this is where it gets creepy, I looked at his forearm the exact tattoo it was like I was looking into a standup mirror, he walked away I was never creeped out like that in my life , a minute later one of the other girls with us came down from the pool to get another towel , she looked at me eyes bulging and asked how I got here so soon befor her , I told her I didn’t move , she said she seen me walk bye her near the pool but I didn’t acknowledge them , I will never forget that experience. A well-known professor where I'm from was once seen catching a boat ride by his colleague. Being friends, the colleague approached the professor and tried to engage him in a conversation, but according to the colleague, the professor simply stared at him then left. The colleague didn't think much of it; he shrugged it off thinking the professor might've been busy or that he didn't recognise him. Upon seeing each other at work a few days later, the colleague joked that the professor was becoming a snob. The professor looked at his colleague, bewildered, and replied that he swore that that wasn't him. Turns out, that weekend, when the colleague rode the boat supposedly with the professor, the professor was attending a family event, and it was impossibile for him to be somewhere else, let alone on a ride cross the sea.

Close to a decade ago, I was riding home on the back of a motorcycle down a stretch of lightly trafficked Kentucky highway. I had been riding for over an hour, and was less than a quarter of the way home, when I looked to my left and saw another rider on the back of an identical 300cc Kawasaki to my own. I waved as we were parallel to one another, but he kept riding, his head low on the bike. That's when I noticed his helmet was the same one I was wearing, and his clothing was the same dark denim riding jacket with blue jeans and leather work boots as I wore that day. The moment that realization hit me I realized he had pulled ahead some distance and I moved into the left lane to try to see what his liscense plate was as I had this eerie sensation I was somehow looking at myself. However, as I moved closer to try to see the tiny plate he sped up, moving ahead of another car on the right side. So began a game of weaving through light traffic, always trying to get closer to see what the plate was as the distinct feeling I was viewing myself in the third person intensified. Every time I moved closer he somehow managed to speed away before I could see the plate... and thats when I noticed the wind buffeting my helmet had grown unbearably loud and the bike was shaking. I looked down to see my spedometer was now reading just over 100 mph and the bike was nearly redlining, its tiny engine struggling to keep up with my fascinated chase. Fearing accident or police I immediately dropped back, letting off the gas and watching as whoever was in front of me disappeared over a hill. By the time I had crested said hill, there was no rider I could see in front of me. I will never forget that day

Very interesting! Thank you for sharing your experience. I am a believer in this topic. I have never seen mine but I have experienced people who came up to me thinking that they know me and I haven't ever met them before. One guy was totally dumbfounded that I wasn't the person who he thought I was. I proved it by showing him my ID .I will never forget the expression on his face. I was freaked out thinking how can I look so much like someone else. He told me that he left my twin at home and she didn't want to come to the mall and he was surprised that she changed her mind and came. So my twin doesn't like to shop much I guess. Lol.

I've met a handful of my own dead ringers, and a few even mirror my own mannerisms and speech patterns. When its happened, we both reflect on how strange it is and carry on with our day. Even met one that shared a first name. I wish we had exchanged contact info for further testing to see if we're genetic twins, and if so, what behavior and other sociological patterns we share.

One night I was at my brothers house watching his kids while he was off on a date. I went out the back to have a cigarette, I was on the ground level below the deck pending one of his dogs, when all of a sudden the door to the deck opened up and something hit me in the side of the head and the dog rushed and gobbled it up. I turned to look to see my nephews head going in the door as he said, I hit him in the head Then he laughed! I rushed into the house up the stairs all the way up to the second floor to ask him what did he throw at me. He had no idea what I was talking about, swore up-and-down he had not left his computer. And I believe him because the look of confusion on his face and he would not have had enough time to make it to his room before I seen him. Another time my brother was coming home at night, when he was going to door he was looking at the ground he heard me ask him what are you doing? he said I have to use the bathroom! he said I replied oh you have to use the bathroom. and he said yes and went in the house. But when he came in the house I was sitting on the couch, he thought I was outside smoking cigarette. but I hadn’t been out for hours!

I once saw a guy who looked almost identical to me; same face, same body, etc. Wearing a different outfit, had longer hair and was a foot taller than me. I said hi and asked him his name, and was preparing to get into a conversation about how similar we looked before he just took one look at me, and booked it. To this day I've never seen him again. I know I have a dead ringer living here. I got mistook for him by his girlfriend at a mass at the local college. Some time after that I went into a local liqueur store that I had been to before and was told I didn't need to show ID as I had been there a couple of weeks before. Yet it had been months since I had last stopped by.

I've never met her, but two transfer students back in high school (they came in from the same tech school) said they knew my dead ringer, a girl from their old school. According to them, we had similar faces, are both short, and sometimes I'd make a comment and one of them exclaimed, "that's something Sabrina would say!" Once, I was addressed as Sabrina on on accident. I wish I had met her. That would've been cool.

A friend of mine once showed me a video he came across online (this was probably sometime in 2007) and asked if it was me. I was pretty freaked out because the girl looked exactly like me, moved like me but was not me. One of my biggest fears is a possible doppelgänger messing with my actual life. Crossing my fingers that doesn’t happen. Although I am sure it’s normal for people to have at least one doppelgänger, I think the odds are slimmer for me since I was born with Heterochromia and the chances of a double with Heterochromia as well is slim

In my childhood, my father had two not one, not doppelgangers. His brother who looked very similar to him and lived locally, both well known in the community in Enfield N London but people would confuse them. The other was Eric Sykes, a popular TV comedian in the 60s. There was one occasion when we were walking in the town park and a woman approached my father, accusing him of being Eric Sykes and he had great difficulty in politely getting her to accept that he was not that famous person. He found those accostations annoying at times but was always polite when it happened. My father was a calm and kind man, I never saw him without temper or self control. I still miss his guidance and encouragement. The best father possible.

In college, one of my professors passed away. He was loved deeply by everyone and was a sort of icon on campus. Three days after he died, I saw him, plain as day. He was in the food court. He didn’t recognize me. He was extremely thin, and his eyes had a yellow tint. He looked very sick. He was wandering around and he seemed lost, just staring off into the distance. I looked at him, and was going to approach him, but once I looked in his eyes, I could tell he didn’t recognize me and I was extremely disturbed. I looked around to see if anyone else noticed him. Even if they didn’t know who he was, it was kind of weird to just see this old man walking around the food court. I then hurried away. I told my friends about it and they just brushed it off, but I know what I saw. I know!

I had quite a few people in my high school years tell me that they knew someone who looked identical to me. He went to a school in the same district as mine, and I never asked for his name or anything, it was always just like a passing comment from strangers, but I wish I had taken more notice of it and looked him up. It makes it that much more difficult to dismiss now. One event in particular is the only time it seemed creepy though, there were a couple of girls at a party who were being kind of rude to me and my friends for no apparent reason, but it made sense later when they approached me specifically a little later on in the night and explained that they thought I was that boy and they thought I was being rude and ignoring them. That’s when it really sunk in that there must be someone who lives really close to me that looks so much like me that his actual friends thought that he was standing next to them.

I saw my doppelganger at Target once, when I was a little kid. I was walking around the toy aisles with my older sister (our mom was shopping elsewhere in the store) and as we walked into one aisle, i saw myself standing at the other end of it. Same face, same clothes, same hair, it was me. I stared at it for a few seconds, and it stared back at me, then just disappeared into thin air. The weirdest part is that my sister didn't see it at all, even though she was right next to me. I'm not dead, yet, though, so take that as you will I guess.

Christopher Adkins sorry about your situation, my best friends mom died and he’s living in a shelter right now. He lived with crazy religious step parents not too long ago but they won’t help him anymore. Just be careful not to add drugs to the mix, it can only make a situation like that worse. That friend and I are both former opiate addicts and I felt so fortunate that I had a family to help me with my situation/fuck ups when meanwhile he was roughing it out at a shelter dealing with it relatively on his own. Take care buddy, try and move forward so you can get out of there (depending on your age) he also caught a staph infection cuz some tranny (girl wanting to become a man) took his clothes when he didn’t know and was wearing them and she had staph on her neck, and he got staph too when he put that sweater on. Lol sorry for the rambling I just think those places must be shitty based on what my friend said but as long as they give you wifi 24/7 it might be bearable (I imagine at least.
