Doppelmayr 10-MGD "Komperdellbahn 1+2" Serfaus, Österreich (2023)

Als „Gamechanger“ kann die neue 10er-Kabinenbahn in Serfaus ohne Übertreibung bezeichnet werden. Mit einer von 2.400 auf 3.500 Personen pro Stunde und Richtung erhöhten Förderleistung sowie erstmals eingesetzten OMEGA IV XXL Kabinen hebt sie das Bergerlebnis im Winter wie im Sommer auf ein neues Level. Das verbaute AURO-System ermöglicht den autonomen, also unbemannten Betrieb in der Tal- und Bergstation. Entweder im durchgehenden Betrieb oder jede Sektion für sich. Dafür beherbergt die neu gebaute Zwischenstation neben dem Bahnhof auch das moderne Ropeway Operation Center, von wo aus ein Mitarbeitender den Betrieb überwacht. Zusätzlich entlastet die neue Zwischenstation den Bereich im Tal, indem sie aus Fiss kommenden Besucherströmen sowie Ski-Anfängern eine Alternative zur herausfordernden Abfahrt nach Serfaus bietet.

Great improvement over the old Komperdellbahn. As a regular guest in Sefaus, I'm very excited about this new installation! Now the Lazidbahn is next in line for an upgrade😂

Next year they are building a new ski depot in Ladis and the year after that they are rebuilding the moeseralmbahn so that it goes to the zwölferbahn mountain station, with a stop at the moeseralm. I think they intend to use the same design as with the komperdellbahn. Therefore i think lazid will be remade in 3 years or later.
