How to seam crochet pieces with Mattress Stitch

This video demonstrates the mattress stitch method of how to seam crochet squares, panels or pieces from any crochet project together.
Mattress stitch can be used to create seams between rows, foundation chains and row ends. Extra guidance is given showing how I align the row ends.
Note that I am left handed so if you are right handed, you will probably be working in the other direction.
