I’ve seen some stuff with this character one it but I don’t know a whole lot about it . Sounds a little bit a like a short lived anime that was shown in the u.s called Tokyo pig that involved a magic pig .

Interesting. I had never heard of Tokyo Pig until just now, but I've googled it. I don't remember Tokyo Pig as being popular when I was in Japan. It's interesting that Tokyo Pig would air in the US, but Doraemon is completely unknown, given how massively popular Doraemon is in Asia.
