I think it would be fun to play this game for hours then when it’s all done write a story about the world. The abandoned railway to the woods overtaken by the forest it used to help drain of trees. The foresters lodge by the secret meadow. The crazy Railfans who build their houses next to the rail lines. The fishing company who sends their trawlers out into the ponds to catch a rare yet plentiful fish

"You never gonna have perfection everywhere" Perfection everywhere is possible and you should aim for it. The first 10 tiles have a high chance of imperfection, everything later is just patient. Also the +60 of perfect tiles is not important. The bonus tile they grant is important. No matter if you seek highscores or aesthetics, perfect tiles will make you last longer.
