Robin Strasser is the one and only Dr Dorian Lord. And OLTL treated her like garbage. After they destroyed Dorians family in 1999, Robin walked because of an extremely hostile environment. She literally returned to the show being forced to take a 67% cut in pay because she was gone 3 years. And they kept cutting. Robin Strasser was down to the 20s% range of a veterans salary by the time oltl was canceled. Once again, she wasn't allowed to leave on her terms. The only time she truly got the respect and the money she was entitled to was those brief 40 episodes of the reboot on OLTL. And she proved she can still act shenanigans she guest characters on dool. Forgive me, im ranting, but even Slezak admits she's nothing without Robin. Also, Robin Strasser pulled an upset because Judith Lighth was supposed to the home hee triple win, but Robin got it. To beat her, that's awesome acting. Speaking of Emmys, why wasn't Robin ever on the ballot in the 90s? I think oltl producers just wanted erika to win so badly that they wouldn't let Robin be nominated in, let's say, 97 98, the best Dorian stories.
