What a fucking video. People think Dorian ruined bodybuilding but in reality he is the perfect example of what bodybuilding should be. This is coming from someone that loves the Golden Era physiques. You can like someone else's physique without shitting on all of the hard work that was put into a physique you may not like as much.

This sport has evolved from the last 19th century bodybuilding.. From Eugen Sandow era to Arnold's or Golden era.. there's really big difference of muscles development and training between this 2 era.. Many people talks how Dorian destroys this BB sport..that's bullshit.. He's the first person who showed something incredible that we never seen before..he shows us how great and how big a human muscles can be with a proper training.. And the fact is he never brings the "pregnancy symptoms" or bubble gut.. He also the first Mr.O Champ who show his ripped glutes.. He is Not just big, but great.. Imagine if Dorian didn't "MONSTERIZE" himself, I'm sure we'll never know who the hell is Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler without their muscle mass..even before Ronnie got big he just place 6th at 1996 and 9th at 1997..but everything changed after he follows Dorian's step and get bigger..he just smoke the others with his massive figures.. For that reason I will say Dorian's is a Game Changer for BB..but some fool after him just make it worst

Is it helpful to have frnds , family or team ???
@ronshort78203 жыл бұрын
@@Neetphysicsbymatharusir Normally, people state that all of the above are useful, which they are. However, friends might not always be around. Family may be a great distance away. Teams might not be able to get together (such as during the COVID outbreak). I am therefore a firm believer that training alone (safely, of course) is the best way to remain motivated. Thus, we only have to rely upon ourselves rather than the presence of others. Furthermore, not all friends, family members or teammates will remain interested in training from a long-term point of view. I have therefore always trained by myself (for the past 20 years). This is still a personal choice and indeed, everyone has different long-term goals. :)

DTM most of the bodybuilders used to be friendly and have respect for eachother before in the 80s 90s. Hell Jay Cutler and Ronnie were even friends having fun on stage. People got so arrogant and think they're better than everyone else when social media became a big thing. Just like Lee Priest has said, bodybuilding isn't the same sport anymore, before most of them trained at gold's and pushed eachother, every workout got so hard since you never wanted to use less weight than the guys you trained with. Fuck i hate social media...
