Nick Jimenez I disagree, yes yates has a work ethic unlike anyone else but Phil had to still put the work in no matter what. His genetics are just extremely good, I mean look at ronnie talking about Phil - he says Phil could have competed back in the 90s which is rare being that he laughed at every other bodybuilder of this generation

Watching Dorian work out is so frickin' intense geeeez it's scarily motivational but because I just watched a couple of Ronnie Coleman videos before this all I keep hearing is "light weight baby", "Ain't nothing but a peanut" looool. Two legends, their demeanor in the gym was so different but at the end of the day both dudes were in there lifting some heavy ass weight!!!
