I find it so fascinating how Dorian built the top physique in the world by himself in a time when there was little information or tools available to him. Millions of people in the gym nowadays have access to everything he never did and no one even comes close to developing and maintaining a level of physique he did 20 years after he quit. Like he said, his main motivation for his obsession & dedication to his craft was due to the fact he came from nothing and he had nothing.

Cameron Hawes he understood the main thing it takes... Like you said dedication and obsession

They knew about the 2 main keys to body building: Good nutrition and how to cycle T.

And of course the sheer fucking will.

It's not like nutrition, training and gear cycles really changed since the 90s. Maybe access to information was more difficult but other than that it's mostly the same. And gear was of better quality back then.

@Cameron Hawes You say Dorian had NOTHING. But you are WRONG. He had the TWO most important things required to become a bodybuilding legend. He had A--THE RIGHT GENETICS B--THE RIGHT MINDSET Once you have those two things everything else will fall into place. Dorian was a genetic outlier. Like Sergio, Arnold, Mike Mentzer, Lee Haney before him. And the reason weve seen nobody like him since. Is because nobody has come along with that perfect storm of Genetics and Mindset in the UK. In America they have more of them. Although you could argue COLEMAN, CUTLER AND HEATH. Did not really improve on Yates 93.

man always love listening to Dorian speak, but these interviews are a bit redundant. id kill to interview him, even for like just ten minutes. i've got a laundry list of questions nobody's asked. I don't believe there was any new content here

I think Dorian has answered all the main questions in his interviews, the things most people want to know about. What other questions are there? Fuck, Marry, Kill?
