+Teqo7 this advice is worth 0 dollars if you aren't on drugs. You only need 1 gram of protein per pound if you are natural and forced negatives take the body too long to recover from if you are natural. Also training a muscle once per week when you are natural is too long, when on drugs protein synthesis occurs for a longer period

***** It has been proven that training each body part twice per week instead of once builds muscle faster, especially if you are natural. I won't explain why scientifically because you are the kind of person that ignores facts if it inconvenient to his worldview.

Injury prevention from a 57 year old middle-distance runner (I know....very different from bodybuilding but the principle remains the same). exercise the muscles through their full range of movement and have a flexibility element to every training programme. Warm up....pre-stretch....training element....post stretch. (and then if you can manage it...swim. I do not know why it is but swimming, especially after a heavy hypertrophy session, is really helpful with recovery) And most importantly, have fun people. Life is to be lived not endured.

8:10 I think gates realized fats lasts longer as energy food, "strength went up"... protein only last around 2-3 hours, sugar lasts 1-2hours, fats last 3-4hours...of course all this depends also on how much you ate, eat more = last longer.

When those "grainy" monstrosity photos published in 93' Copies of those photos got put up on every wall and motivated the best condition of my career. There was none of this social media nonsense, and I remember the telephone blowing up all over the place when the magazines hit the newsstands. So who's gonna be #2 at the Olympia was the only next question ha ha ha .....

I ALWAYS listen to what Dorian has to say...he was not a naturally big guy that grew just by looking at a weight. He had to use science, and hard work to get there, so he is very knowledgeable
