what a shame that today corporate gyms are ruining the fitness industry with their fancy soft atmosphere, we need more gyms like this one, a place where you feel energy when you walk in, a place that produces results and motivates you. Unfortunately, it seems like hardcore gyms are fading away. I wish we could have more gyms like Temple Gym.

The dungeon of muscle, would love to train there someday! Its like entering the mind of the greatest bodybuilder of all time. No Bull no glossy machines just pure iron and blood. Yates body was a game changer unquestionably the best with still no one to match it. No one has come close to that size with the same definition. Makes a change from the other gym franchises, that owe everything to gyms like this one.

I have been a fan since I was 12 years old. 43 Now. lol. My bedroom wall looked like that wall with the magazine covers. I grew up in an "old school gym" where Bodybuilding was the name of the game. Today, I workout at the only gym here Anytime Fitness. The environment makes me feel as If I should be ashamed to be Bodybuilder.. That Purple turf class, "keep the noise down". "Omg put your shirt back on" mentality.. Its really sad bc as you stated, Bodybuilding started it, yet you wpuld never guess in todays "gyms".... Man I would kill to workout in his gym!!! If I ever come to England, this is my number one visit!!!

The original is closed down, Dorian said due to structural issues in the cellar it had to be closed. Also I believe he sold the name and its in a new site. Looking at the new website it looks like its going in the planet fitness direction.... Ah all the best places have gone. Would have love to have the chance to have trained there.

There's a great gym similar to your in my home town of Dundee in Scotland although I can't remember if it has a pullover machine but it has everything else that you have in your gym mr Yates 😊😔 I haven't found any gyms like it for still 😢to this day in perth Australia that isn't a powerlifting gym

This is what Preist says. He trains the same. It it is not Mentzer. He did 2 to 3 sets so after warm up it is 5 to 6. But then it may be 1 set. Now I look at cycling reps. It is not new. Slow twitch, fast twitch, eco, endo, meso. Not many are full meso. So reps are cycled but it is not new. Mentzer tore his muscle. Pre contest. And end his career.

Most of them have very different ways to grow big like Jay Cutler is a 265 lb monster and he never did the thing that Dorian did train to complete failure like everybody have different techniques but I think that the reason that made Dorian get those 6 Mr Olympia was his work ethic and I think that that's what probably Jay Cutler lacked because he only got four but still very impressive but at the same time Dorian I think going all the way like that made him win all those titles up to 6
