​@willeats not that's not Greater Emmanuel Institutional, Bailey Temple, Greater Mitchell Temple, OR Seth Temple. This is Bailey Cathedral which is basically an event center specifically for church events and gospel concerts. It can even be rented out for churches to use if they don't have their own building like the Sheards did in the early 2000s when they were preparing to move to their current location at Schaefer Highway

This is her live recording done in Detroit. The other was a DVD recording done in Houston.

the cd recording was done in Detroit in 2002 , the dvd recording version was done in Atlanta during Steller Award week in 2003.

@@danieljenkins1841 And they only reason the Nashville recording was because EMI brought the rights to it rather overdubbing the full live recording or even putting effort towards releasing it. They don’t even want you to post the full 17 minutes “teaser”, lol. That was for Gospel Music Channels “Front Row Live”, and it didn’t capture the album the way the actual recording did. But they were in GREAT voice and shape, Twinkie was dancing 🤣😂‼️

She had a live DVD recording a few months after the album release. I don’t think the Gospel Centric was putting to much into a live ‘audio’ recording, or maybe she held her own live recording a presented the songs to them to ‘clean up’. Either way, I’m guessing after the success she had this footage was not ‘contemporary’ enough (based on the ATL recording) to release.

gqpostaboi it had to be after Karen’s sickness because they actually had done quite a few performances together when she got out of the hospital. Karen did a solo concert and they even did one as a group. It’s here on KZbin on Titus Jackson’s channel.

You could learn something, the recording is mixed and mastered in a studio after it's done, not this RAW sound. That's the original record unmixed and edited.

Good thing they edited it on the CD. I think they sounded off when they were doing each section of the choir but sounded a little bit better when they all sung together
