I think there should be a port for the LAN cable and then ports for the ethernet cables for your ip cams

I tried scanning it using IVMS-4500 but it does not recognize the QR code. The one on Device info > ivms client only adds the device locally

The way you adding the device is wrong, you are adding the device through the local ip address. You need to scan the QR code which is a serial number.
