Improving form - most notably in defence since the signing of that Millwall bloke - is giving Dorking hope of achieving an upset and becoming the first time to win at The Racecourse. Can Marc's dreams come true?

Yeah going ft is a big investment, no doubt. Dorking is amassing a respectable international audience, that’s in large part to this show. Mark and the other owners have a long term plan, I hope they can rise up the leagues. Due to location, I’d put their cap at EFL 2 maybe lower 1, if they go FT.

Dorking have done amazing this season. I think most of us at Wrexham have a soft spot for Dorking as they epitomise what sport is all about. This is a tough league and to come up and more than hold their own in their first ever season here is a great achievement. I can see them sneaking a playoff spot before too long.

Firstly a massive congratulations on staying in the National League!! Looking forward to seeing what Marc has planned for next season. Great that so many lessons can be learned part-time and stay up. Onwards and upwards and hopefully see you in the EFL sooner rather than later even with the competition for those top spots as it is and will continue to be. 11:45 Absolutely right about getting the home crowd against the home team. Happened to us in the 1st half this Saturday. Team under enough pressure as it was and playing badly and making mistakes. The crowd turned on the team and it only made things worse. 15:15 Right there is where what I think karma is really about. Marc gives money for free drinks for Wrexham fans, and Wrexham remember that gesture and do the same for Dorking fans. It is two examples of owners that have a great mindset and something that mean good luck is more likely to happen to them, because people do notice these things, not all people but it’s usually the decent ones. So when you least expect it, nice things happen because someone out there just thinks, you know, that guy who did that nice thing, I’ve noticed he’s had a problem with x and I know a person who can help, I’ll call my friend… Random shit like that. So it’s always nice to see things like this happen, tells me a bit about the types of people running Dorking & Wrexham. 28:57 Don’t say anything. But Mullin was the season before League 2 top scorer. Not last seasons League 1 top scorer. I can see how that mistake happened. Cambridge Utd are in League 1, but his goals helped them to promotion the year before, then Wrexham signed him, when he had a choice between playing for Cambridge in their 1st season back in League 1 or going to the National League.

It is great to see Season 2 of Welcome to wrexham looks like they are going to feature most if not all the teams in the national league. It only could mean a boost for the other teams. I wouldn't doubt that's exactly what they're going for, the biggest problem for the lower leagues is exposure they have almost none Meanwhile you go anywhere else in europe the lower leagues get a good amount of exposure locally and stay up pretty much indefinitely as long as they don't bungle their finances.

Fascinating to see the 2 very different approaches to documenting football. The Wrexham team are looking to make a story/narrative of it with a big team that fell down and are rising back up. Whereas BoA are making an effort to record what actually happens in a non-league club. You'd got to say you feel closer to Dorking because there's no cherry-picking and no pressure to try and create a story.
