I have the Puig on for spring/ summer but when going on a longer trip & in winter I put on my National Cycle 19" VStream . These are what I use on my 500F. These Honda 500cc motorcycles are really good even for long trips. Easy 75+ mph all day long. It makes me wonder do I really need more CC's?

I ride a 125 and my jacket vents are always opened. If the parachute things happens I would get very scared... You said it redirects wind in your chin, is it noisy?v Does it cause buffeting? BTW Puig is from a region of Spain called Catalunya where they speak their own language together with Spanish and Puig is spelled something like Pooech. Your pronunciation of it sounded more like French!

Can you get Pooge(Puige) screens in Australia.? Or any reason why you couldn't? Doesn't look big enough to compromise it's 'naked' bike status.

How do you think this will work with an ADV helmet? I wear a Shoei Hornet and I'd like to get the wind off my chest but I'm afraid it'll just direct all the air to my helmets visor and make it even more of a sail lol

I honestly don't think it will feel any different than riding without the windscreen. It moves the wind up to about neck level but my head has always felt pretty much the same. I didn't notice any increased buffeting.

+Joseph Lawrence the one linked in the description is the one I got and it fits fine. I believe they now have one specifically for the 2016-2017 you can order. It wasn't available when I got mine.

+Joseph Lawrence I sat on the 500R but did not ride one. I'm not a huge fan of the more aggressive seating position. Functionally, though, they're pretty much the same bike do I'd just go with the one you think looks best and is more comfortable. For me that was the 500F.

Well after all that we are told ok to buy one. I am 5ft 8ins tall and tried to buy the taller screen but they did not go into production with it. My son treated me to this version for CB500 VAG. I have to tell you chocolate teapots dont come into it, it is useless and if travelling at 50 mph with no headwind the wind pressure is uncomfortable and at motorway speeds very tiring and noisy, dont buy it, well not for the naked models anyway.

The Puig brand is actually Catalan, not Spanish, and so is its name. As a Catalan myself I must say it's not pronounced as it's said in the video. Phonetically it would be written as /put∫/. So the "ig" in the end must be pronounced the same as the "ch" in "change".
