Fish toys has a line of horses coming Q1 2025. A little pricey but they look really well done and have a few style differences from 4h horses. I want to see a review of them before i pull the trigger but the photos look insane with a few of them together

Great list! Savage Crucible showed a LOT of goodwill in sending out replacement feet for all the Kickstarter backers. Its been fascinating to see how much Spero toys has become a top ten toyline too.

I bought that boar for my gi joe shadow tracker and its a perfect mount for him . Theres a lot on this list i want but just never pulled the trigger on because of price or i cant find them at retailers i know.

The trio of characters from Elric of Melnibone by the Savage Crucible team are also going to fit SO well with Mythic Legions, especially alongside the Illythia figures or as dark knights against the templars

kind of surprised that boss fight Studeo, storm collectible was golden ax and Kuluworld skeletons didn't get mentioned otherwise it's a very solid list.

More than just Kuluworld, Storm Collectibles, Fwoosh Toys, YoToToy, and Boss Fight all put out great skeletons this past year that can easily meld with your Mythic Legions graveyard gang. But you're also correct Storm deserved is own slot for the Golden Axe characters and mounts. Those go GREAT with Mythics. Then again, so do most of their fighting game characters, you haven't lived if your Attlus has never struggled under the oppressive might of Prince Goro! Also, I know he was kind of generalizing the smaller Hong Kong based studios, but they weren't all created equally. I think, for example, that Mithril Action produces the most WOW aesthetic, while Mety/Memory/Hero Toys produce a more generalized aesthetic and have better range of motion. Fury Toys and Meastro Union have maybe the most generalized aesthetic, so they "fit" more in scale and aesthetic, if "fit" is your primary concern. For some folks, more cartoonish paint jobs and sculpt details are just fine, this is why some like or don't the AWOK stuff too. It's very by personal taste, I'm just saying not all of those creators are doing similar work. Just an another example, LooseCollector has done a few characters I think look great with Mythic Legions, specifically Hyde and the werewolves, but their other figures, not as much.

It's incredible how much the 1/12 scale fantasy figure landscape has changed in ten years since ML launched. There was next to nothing aside from MOTU and the odd LOTR line coming and going. Now there is enough that we can have a top ten list of compatible lines. For me Xesray and Savage Crucible share first spot, I love everything they do.

Storm Collectibles made some figures based on the Golden Axe video game. Those might fit in, except as a large sized group of characters.

The Golden Axe stuff from from Storm Collectibles is also a good fit for Mythic Legions in my opinion, especially the dragons.

Bill, I agree especially about the Animal Warriors of the Kingdom being able to pair with the more colorful characters in both Four Horseman main lines. That next Kickstarter wave has got me itching😉 I believe Loose Collector and some of the international creators to me fit better wirh the Figura Obscura line. Monster Hyde and the Great Wolves pair well with Frankensteins Monster and some of the Holiday or literary characters. Savage Crucible gets a lot of love from fans. I might have to get my first figure sooner then later. I was kinda surprised that the Plunder Strongs or the Fauns in general did not make it into the Plundering #10 entry. I do get the OG plunderings appeal. I do have some of them as well (they were first). Your predictions are right on for other pairings. A great list. Be well.✌️

Thanks for using my Pic of Dark Wolf! Surprised to see Axtoys on the list. I don't have any. Will need to check them out. Super 7 movie Conan line would be 15-20 if you went down that far. I bought the Thulsa Doom in honor of James Earl Jones. It think some of the other.figures would work. Not a fan of the NECA D&D. Very weak sculpts. He-Man Masterverse would be 11-15 if you went with a longer list.

What had so much potential but died off was the Hasbro Golden Archive Dungeons and Dragons line. The movie figs were crap as most figs based off of movies are. The line shined in the monster dept though. I loved the brown owl bear, displacer beast and gelatinous cube.

Personally I'm not wild about Plunderlings and I get a little tired of seeing them all the time. They just aren't for me. Everything else is spot on. I think the FuRay Planet werewolves are perfect for Mythic Legions. Overall I think you pretty much nailed it. As for Frazetta Girls figures, I really hope that they revist the engineering on those to improve the range of motion on the articulation, as well as how ugly some of the joints are. Those knees on Teegra and Vampirella look downright awful.

I think Spero Toys look really bad with Mythic legions. The animalistic look is way too cartoony. The armor is the same, and there is no paint, sometimes its swirly metallic plastic. They look nice on their own, but thats pretty much it

While I love the idea of Mythic adjacent figures, I absolutely despise the concept of "Mythic adjacent". In the Cabal anything and everything is considered Mythic Adjacent..... yet not everything is adjacent. I could post a pic of the Marvel Legends Green Goblin and say it's"Mythic Adjacent" and someone would agree. The concept is very cringe in my opinion.
