What happens if an Independent Great Old One is Eliminated by the Worms of Ghroth? Do they stay if your pool or go into the community pool? I ask because the IGOO Death rules specifically say when this is "Killed" whereas Worms of Ghroth say your units are "Eliminated".

New Cthulhu video hooray! First time I see the map unboxed and I think the hexagon tiles style is what making this map unattractive compared to other ones and that's a shame because the mechanic looks very interesting. Wonder when the other maps will be available for purchase.... 😞

I actually am not a fan of the hexagons either, but its interesting and different. The mechanics are great though, i highly recommend playing it if you have an opportunity!

I thought this at first, but then what bugs me about other maps is that some areas are too small for a certain number of units, or massive individual minis. On shaggai all the areas are roughly the same which kind of "fixes" this problem

Matt Crawley i really notice the size problems when i set things up to record, i often move things to different areas to make the scene look better, Shaggai is one of the best from that perspective... on the other hand, the table i use for videos isn’t big enough for the pieces AND the board 😂

We play on the table i built, its 5x8. Too big for some games but make it great for games like cthulhu wars!

@@GreyWizardInsights I say start it in the area that covers the place that the players are in. I.e., Australia if you're in Australia.
