I have my own fan idea that I’ve been workshopping for the last three years in my head. Imagine if you will that before Arthur died the Helm showed him potential futures. let’s say he saw in the most likely future he saw his defeat; He died as we all know in wrath of the Lich King. What if before he died he created an heir, a successor, that would one day rise up once the person is fully grown and would take their “father’s” place.

They fucked up the scourge so hard in shadowlands. I don' understand why they tried so much to convince us that the Jailer,a character with whom they came up only then,was actually behind everything. The scourge and the lore around it should've come from Sargeras and the Legion just like the original wow

They alluded in books that the scourge is more cosmic and all knowing. In “The war of the ancients” books. When Ronan and others go back in time. They get attacked by an ancient scourge which knew who they were. This was 10,000 years before Nerzhul was even born and krasus consort to alexstraza says that scourge felt more ancient, older than 10k years. And they felt a strong presence controlling it Its impossible for it to have known who they were as Ronan is from the future and the lich king wasnt born and the helm of damnation wasnt even made yet.

​​@@T-HazzaSo you base your whole liking on aestethics? Seriously? Kil'Jaeden made the armour and for sure it came from the fallen Titan (TITAN) Sargeras (who had access to the realm of death). Only the Helm and Frostmourne was used by Arthas, the armour was his. If you pay attention to Warcraft III (original and Reforged), there is also an armour inside the Frozen Throne that does not resemble what Arthas had. The J-Lore was an idiotic character.

Actually the nathrezim was behind the plague that caused the scourge. Still nothing to do with the jailer but maybe sire denathrius if not directly the legion

@@KingPomegranitethat’s a retcon. The nathrezim were simply the lieutenants in charge of overseeing the spread of the plague. But they originally didn’t create it themselves. I hate the retcon with the nathrezim. They were cool before the retcons. Just more lazy writing from Blizzard.

I'll never get over the tragedy of the SL, the best story ever in WOW was the first three expansions/saga of the Lich King, and SL destroyed it on so many levels, the best thing Metzen could ever do, is find a way to undo SL, if he does that, that would be miraculous

In all honesty.. What i think is going to happen. Is that we will be able to see the Underground NERUBIAN Empire that is UNDER Icecrown. Where they had something important. Remember that quest where we go looking for Arthas Heart that was thrown UNDER icecrown. Where you jump down a LONG Hole to come to an underground cave.. Where.. I think we see the faceless ones. But who knows. Will be interesting to see.

Arthas beeing dead is somehow carved into stone. I wonder why? He is immortal/undead, he could walk without a heart, as it was removed by himself. He got beaten in ICC and his sword frostmourne shattered. Guess he was really a LICHking, and the Sword stored his soul for him. But 2 things: 1. What happens if the sword gets fully restored, it still had fragments of Arthas' soul as seen in the Legion Frost DK artifact quest? 2. Timetravel does exist and other dimensions and was used excessively in Warlords of Draenor to bring Gul'dan back. I feel, the best way how to end Denathrius is, to let Arthas kill him and absorb his powers. I would also like to see Gul'dan return. I don't know why blizz is quick in killing their best villains, but we have to endure the most boring ones for multiple expansions and if they run out of ideas they just invent nonsense such as Zooval the Jailer. Jeez......he is just a robot and the former arbiter!

Like so many other villains that come back, I had hoped that one day, some way, so would Arthas. But they committed an unforgivable sin and destroyed his essence in the most lame way. Way to go Steve Danuser. I'm still upset about it. It's a fantasy game where anything can happen. Maybe one day the Prince will return.

I remember that Metzen said that things will go out of control in Last titan, which means, that majority of cosmological forces will do everything they can to claim Azeroth's neutral and pulsing soul... Void, Light, Death (represented by the scourge and their possible leader Denathrius), Order, Disorder/chaos, and possible even Life (with probably the best intensions out of them all).

There’s something that some of us are missing and it’s that Azeroth itself cannot catch a break, first there was the elemental, lords that fought for control over the planet, then the void came in and tried corrupting it, then there were all these wars that happened, then the war of the ancients, which caused the sundering, there was the legion the scourge, death wing, Sargerus’s sword, battle for Azeroth, like the planet just cannot catch a break

I have to admit that I didn't expect a Scourge video. This was pretty interesting and I'm pretty sure we'll end up working with one of the Scourge Warlords, either in an enemy of enemy situation or one of them will seek to join the Forsaken. To be honest, with how chill the Amani were with letting Thalyssra walk through their Zuldazar enclave in Exploring Azeroth: Islands and Isles, I half expected a "Amani to join the Horde" video from you.

I think they should just let Kel Thuzad rest, he has done enough in the lore at this point (just wrap his story up and be done with it), would much rather see something with Denathrius, at this point resurecting Kel Thuzad for 50th time doesnt have the same punch, also Denathrius is a really cool villian and i think they could do something really special with him if they put in the effort.

An even more powerful scourge would be amazing, considering how hard Blizzard dropped the ball on the faction, the current team owes the players a better version of our iconic foes. One of the great things about the scourge is that every single dead character can serve in their ranks, a treasure chest of old familiar faces. I'm really looking forward to who'll be picked up this time, especially if Denatrius is involved, as it'd mean a ton of souls could come in from the Shadowlands, including some of the iconic models we saw in Revendreth.

I kinda of agree, when you play in the zones i dont mind them and in fact i have highlights. As people have mentioned Denathrius, but i also liked the winter queen and the whole vibe around a life death rhealm. Shadowlands felt it really could have been done well. Like the war within shows a well written story for the entire campaign is possible and i see no reason that couldnt be the case. Cause Xalath is easily one of the best main villians they had in ages purely because of how theyve written her.

@@CaiRobinson right? The first ones and zovaal was a miss. But they could absolutely still utilize alot of the themes. How undeath and necromancy works. The different ways each zone effects the dead and what they do. Dreadlords are for sure gonna come back siding with the void or something.

Arthas isn’t dead dead but he’s dead since he’s undead but he isn’t dead dead or destroyed he’s just stuck in a prison the very own prison he built under icc but in a different timeline and Arthas built the icc fortress and citadel so that is all his fortifications n shit, Arthas also built the forge of souls bc what kingpaddy said isn’t that far off tbh and I should get together with him to discuss lore/books/every tiny piece of detail n notes found around northrend on the ground or in bases basically anything, I use to be a hardcore raider I quit early in SL since it was just a terrible expansion I mean CN was a good raid but not the best, there were a couple fucked up things in there that didn’t make any sense, it’s between icc, ToT, kara or like siege even lol

Iridikron doesn’t have a base under icc that’s arthas’ base what iridikron was talking ab at the end of DF when he stole the dark heart was mentioning not only xal’atath but Arthas himself bc Arthas has a secret base underneath his fortress citadel that he also built Arthas kept something or I should say rather…SOMEONE!!! In a prison in his base that iridikron wants to set free and iridikron will have dialogue ab Arthas talking ab him how he was the master of something I won’t say to what but u all will see in LT since if u want a BIG SPOILER FOLKS illidan dies at the end of LT sorry illidan fans n yes Arthas comes back also in LT we see where he is held somewhere in midnight it’ll be subtle but it will be there n those people that have close to detail perfect eyes will notice it
