The “Jackin in San Diego” joke was a reference to the Jason Russell, the creator of the Kony 2012 movement. After months of rising criticisms about the movement and its purpose, he had a mental breakdown, and started running around a San Diego street naked.

Jacking it in San Diego is a reference to the one responsible for the Kony 2012 trend, which was a ploy for attention that led to a lawsuit for being a scam, it came to the point that the creator had a mental breakdown and streak in the streets of San Diego with some witnesses saying he was "jacking it."

Stan's anti-bullying video - complete with Stan (and later, Dr. Oz) saying "in America - ha ha" and somersaulting girls in black and white cheerleading uniforms - is a reference to Cypress Ranch High School's "Who Do U Think U R?" anti-bullying music video that went viral back in 2012.

The jacking it thing is a reference to Kony 2012. The guy that started it faced quite a lot of pressure when the whole thing kinda just fell apart. He was under so much pressure, couldn't sleep and everywhere he went people knew him. Eventually he just completely CRACKED. He stripped naked and ran around in public basically just talking nonsense. He was arrested and taken to a hospital where he recovered, it took like DAYS for him to be mentally coherent again, it was BAD. You should watch Internet Historian, he has a great video on that whole thing. The jackin it part is actually just a meme as well. There are no testimonies or video from people that were actually there that he actually did that. He was naked, so that was kinda just the way people on the Internet went with it. And yes, there are videos.

This episode’s one to his grandma, the one to Stan and the goth kids in Raisins, and the one to Bradley and the counselors at the Cxnversion Camp. Wanna hear something sad 😔 My grandma was similar , My mother had a horrible experience when she was 20 And I was created from that horrible experience , so I couldn’t figure out why my family treated me like crap my entire youth , my uncle told me when I was 15 what happened and that I was the off spring of an evil act that traumatized my mother into alcoholism, so it all made sense why my family treated me so badly 😒 This episode is rough , funny and tough to see , ridiculous that a Southpark episode would effect me as much as it did🤦🏻♂️, anyways great reaction, will see y’all on the next one 🤘🏻🤪🤘🏻

@DosCavazos the whole jacking it in San Diego thing is a reference to the whole Kony 2012 nonsense, because the guy who filmed that documentary about Anthony Kony got caught only donating 30% of the profits to Africa and then got caught jacking it in San Diego in public. That's what this is a reference to.
