My main problem with referenceangle is that it never actually gives me faces at the angle that I need unless it’s *super* generic. Like if I’m looking for a pose from a very low angle, it’ll mostly just give me straight on faces Edit: This was not a request for alternatives, I just do not like this site in particular haha. If anyone is in need though, there are some nice ones in the comments.

hm well if you're REALLY desperate, u can save it as a pin and use the 'find similar' option on pinterest. i tried that before lmao

@@Aviedya You can take a picture of yourself, with the right angle :) Or even better, you take a video of you with different angles, and you pause the video when it shows the angle you need :D

@@Aviedya you don't need to upload it anywhere :) i usually get very sick of trying to find the perfect reference so i usually prop up my phone and take photos, it can be a bit difficult sometimes to find a place to take full body/sitting photos though. i just keep the photos in my camera roll and delete them after.

0:20 this is literally what I started doing as of today. When I draw the arm first the hand is usually too far off. Similarly when I'm drawing hands by the sides of the body. By drawing the hand first then the arms won't be two different lengths. Also 1:00 and the last tip are epic as hell!! Thank you so much Koleen Senpai!

There's also another type of magic triangle 😌 Imagining your character to be inside any form of triangle will inhance the pose - a inverted triangle can make a pose heavy - while a "normal" triangle makes it look airy, like flying and stuff- just wanna share my knowledge also🙉

I still am doing all of this, because I can't live without doing it ;-; ALTHOUGH I never tried the "teardrop" and the "thumbnail" thing because my imagination tends to spam ideas, gonna start doing it as well I have my own tip as well! For those who love listening to music while drawing, uhhhh DON'T turn on "Shuffle Mode" Because, at first you're listening to some upbeat music, currently drawing a smiling person doing the peace sign right? Nice vibe and shit- Then the music changes into some depression rock song you have on your playlist, then the peace sign becomes the middle finger, and smiley face to evil grin lol but ye, also never forget to flip ur canvas, and don't be afraid to look up references, better yet, use yourself as a reference, the hand poses maybe, stand in front of a mirror, pose and take a selfie That's it lol 👍
