Many people don't know this , but Marcel actually saved my life. One day, I was watching Draw Like A sir tutorials and a thief broke in and held my family at gunpoint. I secretly took out my phone and clicked on a tutorial and the thief immediately dropped his gun and took a paper and started drawing. I took this time to call 911 and they showed up and they started watching the tutorial together like good friends. When the video ended, The cops arrested the thief. Marcel, I am forever in debt to you for saving my life. I don't know how to express my gratitude for you.

You can draw like this guy, you just need practice and learn how that thing works. (E.g 3d planes 'n stuff and breaking complex shapes into super simple shapes.) Look at me, im a shit drawer with no experience with drawing and after 15 days or so of learning how to draw, i can now draw better than the video's level -1 and level 1. Aslong as you have passion and motivation for it, you can.

This was super helpful, thank you! I think one of the hardest parts is getting good proportions (something that I find resonates within every aspect of art), so starting with blocking, then basic shapes, then exaggerations helps to make for a more organic hand. I still very much need to spend time practicing since there's of course a lot to learn, foreshortening being a particularly looming topic, but already I can tell the difference.
