I'm taking care of her, she had Bilateral knee replacements 3 weeks apart. She asked where the baby (Adler) was, Lol. She'd never seen Case. You couldn't deny either of your boys if you had to. I have two Ebikes and I'm in my late 60's and my bikes have brought new life to this old man. You can still get your exercise by pedaling at a lower power level. The lesser level of power assist you use, the longer the battery life. If you use the throttle only, expect to walk the bike back if you travel more than 15-20 miles without charging. They are a Booger to pedal without the motor even if you're fit due to the bike's weight. There's a lot of info out there. I suggest the Bolton Ebikes channel. Have fun.

Try using a can of cream of mushroom soup... I mix it with milk and also add a can of water... Season the ground beef... Cook and drain Add the soup and pasta... Season again to taste. Sometimes I thicken slightly with corn starch. You can make your own, healthier hamb helper... Sure tastes better! If you want an Italian spin... Cook the meat...drain... Add pasta sauce and cheeses... Season to taste... So easy!!!

My husband rides an electric bike (bad knees) and loves it. He uses it just for recreation and errands but it folds up and fits in our trunk so he can take it anywhere. Have fun!

I use a tall garden stake and swing it around it front of me when I go to collect eggs from the chicken coop. Our coop is under a tree and the big garden spiders were attaching their webs between the tree and the coop.

It could of been allergies with him because my German Shepard did the same thing and he was allergic to his food. But he licked and scratched himself rare then it looked like gator skin. I had to medicate him and switch his food. Now he is better.
