In case anyone is wanting to open a Crypto wallet/ account here are some referral links.
To get started in crypto a lot of exchanges offer a joining incentive, click the links to get free stuff.
Join up with Swissborg with join.swissborg.com/r/ianDSID and get a potential £100 bonus
I use Swissborg to buy the majority of my BTC and ETH as it also has a yield wallet function that can give you up to 10% yield on BTC and 17% on ETH much better than leaving money in the bank. If you are worried about crypto crashing, then just convert the money into USDc which is pegged to the US dollar, and Swissborg has been able to give up to 32% interest on that (the interest rate changes daily)
Join up with Coinbase and get $10 when you deposit £100 coinbase.com/join/bower_o1?src=ios-link
Coinbase is a great place to get started and learn about the different tokens and coins and there are learning resources where you can earn Crypto just for watching an educational video on different coins. In total I have made around £35 free just watching the videos.
and Join Crypto.com and get $25 when you buy £300 of its native currency called CRO. crypto.com/app/b2dn7tg7u4.
and a code for joining crypto.com exchange platform crypto.com/exch/b2dn7tg7u4
This is a new platform I am getting used to, it seems to have a few glitches on my iPad but works better on my android phone, it also has a lot of yield possibilities for different cryptos, but if you are worried about any currency falling, just invest in True GDP or True USD and get up to 10% interest by staking for 3 months, which at the end you get your money back and the interest.
All far better ways of having your money earn you more money than leaving it in a savings account in a bank.
if you have any questions about it, feel free to drop me a message or reply to this comment, happy to help.

Lovely story, mate. Glad you are all better! I just had back surgery yesterday for an L5-S1 disc herniation and my sciatica pain is gone! It truly is amazing what medicine can do today.

Fantastic video. You are funny to listen too when telling your story and truly are a breath of fresh air. Although the pain must have been excruciating, you have kept really positive throughout your story and we know you have downplayed your pain! Although 3 years on, hope you continue to make a good recovery. I am at risk of this and have started developing the sciatica pain you describe , especially getting out of bed where you yelp out in pain and are rolling round the bed trying to find comfort or a brief second. For me, it doesnt last long then I can ease myself up out of bed then bend over until i can eventually stand up straight. Ive been searching these videos to remind myself what symptons to look out for but although this pain is getting worse with numbness right down to my foot, i dont have the bladder issues yet. Thanks for sharing your journey, much appreciated. Hope you and your family are all well.

I felt your pain in this video took me back,, I had MRI brought me to tears living through that, anyway at my appointment realised I was struggling to pass urine so was took in that night for an operation, after operation needed a catheter for about 2 weeks but wow all my sciatic pain had gone was amazing could have kissed the nurse when I came round from my op….. so feel your pain when you went through this, good luck with the future m8 I’ve got a new lease of life after years of pain..

Your story and documented experiences were practically identical to how I felt and what I thought was going on before I was rushed in for Emergency Cauda Equina surgery. The pain is indescribable and feels like an out of body experience.

Take good care of your body, don’t need to hit the gym to be fit. You’re too young and there’s a lot of promising future ahead of you. If I were you, ask your parents to get you to have an MRI to see the exact condition of your spine and get it sorted asap.

So glad that that surgery worked out and that you're ok....I had a similar situation recently and I can relate to the pain you were going through. It's terrible. Thank God mine was not as serious as yours but I thought I was going through the same thing and was going to need that emergency surgery. Turns out I didn't have what you had. I am healing now after 2 months of horrific pain. Keep well and be careful.

I have cauda equina too, but “luckily” I didn’t have the loss of bowel of bladder control. I swear my chiropractor saved my life, because the doctor’s and physio were useless! I felt as if someone was pulling all the nerves down to the bottom of my buttocks. I never, NEVER want that pain again! I have been pain free for about 15 weeks now and thank my lucky stars that I feel great now. The doctor, after looking at my MRI scan, couldn’t believe that I was pain free and didn’t need an operation. I would have done anything to get rid of that pain and hope I can live the rest of my life the way I am now. Crossing absolutely EVERYTHING! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 sending mahoosive hugs to you and hope you heal quickly. 💙🌈🥰

Similar experience I had👍🏽 The anaesthesiologist that explained to me about my surgery was so helpful and really gave me peace of mind and courage, confidence starts to grow gradually only after the surgery when I felt no pain on my legs and buttocks, and still finding my confidence now after 6 days post ops, I don’t want to be over confident and do something not good for my back.

Thats terrible it took that long to get you an mri.mis diagnosis Caude equina is the biggest thing the nhs is sued for.I had similar they gave me an mri within 4 hours of being in A+E than operated on me the 7 hours later that was 5 years ago.I ve been fine loads of swimming cycling. But two weeks ago started getting numbness in my butt cheek and sharp pain in my back.Went to A+E they gave me an mri again within two hours. My disc has rebulged but isnt pressing on my nerves to my bladder or bowel. So they wont do anything.i rehabed really well and have kept doing all the core exercises to date.So gutted right now!😢

I have recently had lumbar surgery at the Royal in Edinburgh, 2 surgeries in the space on 2 weeks due to reherniation. Totally agree with what you say about the staff being relaxed and chilled! And the pain…….makes me feel sick to think of the pain I was in. Never felt pain like it! Great to hear your story! Who was your surgeon?

They cannot do surgery as too many disks and vertebrae missing pieces. They cannot connect to next levels. Then acquired spinal stenosis and severe nerogenic bladder.
