Kuchela's Curry Pot is usually open Mondays to Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

@Adam A. Ya! Buddy I know that. Did I say anywhere that it's a Indian Roti? I am just telling about its origin. Many Indians were sent there as slaves & they adapted according to the local material & environment to make it. Did I state that it's not Trinidad Roti? Common man, cut me some slack will ya!!!

@@BlackHawkTejas Correction: East Indians were not “sent as slaves.” They were brought from British India to the British West Indies ( Trinidad, Jamaica, Guyana, etc.) as indentured (contract) labourers. And that was after slavery was abolished). Much of Trinidadian Indian food has its basic origin in India, but still somewhat, somehow, distinctly different. A good example is dhal puri. Enjoy.
