@@Mary-gb8li Oh that’s awesome then! Glad it didn’t get tossed. Haha, because I’ve done stupid stuff like that before.

@@SilvenmystDesigns Me too! I've thrown something away not knowing what it was or didn't think I needed and then had to reorder it again. LOL.

@SilvenmystDesigns Жыл бұрын
You can absolutely use a bit of tape to hold it down, I just found it easy enough to hold it. Locally try office supply stores.

That is a really useful video!I haven't used that kind of a tool before but I could definitely see the value plus one less tool to clutter my crafting box since I can replace multiple tools. Thank you so much for sharing.

Hi so happy I just came across your video..I just bought this recently and getting it in Australia cost a lot. I’m looking forward to your video. I have been so disappointed with this it seems get stuck a move … so I’m hoping you have some tips and tricks that help

It was awkward, the center rows did stick for me as well. The way this is “fixed” is to use tape. Like washi tape or masking/painter's tape on the blue edges to hold it still. This allows the center to spin freely. It doesn't seem like it should make a difference vs. Holding it, but it does! We must put pressure on it w/o realizing it. Also make sure you have a pen/pencil with a thin tip. I actually prefer to use mechanical pencils with this. Hope this helps!!

@@SilvenmystDesigns thank you for taking the time to explain this. I’ll give it a try

Any idea how to make the inside circle turn easier ? It drags and stops no matter how I use it. I always have to turn it with my hand. Very annoying. ☹
@SilvenmystDesignsАй бұрын
Yeah it is really stubborn! The best way I found is to make sure that the outside rim is tight, and hold it firmly, don't put any pressure on the inner ring. The center disk sort of floats then and it is easier. Not perfect, but much easier.

I bought this a few months ago but I find the holes you use to make circles all around too small for a watercolour 😢 pencil.

Yeah, my charcoal pencil, unless with an ultra-sharp tip doesn’t fit either, but have made it work.
