yea almost every str hero he build armlet. armlet maybe only useful for leoric and naix the others not so much and just become burden better aim other item for barathum sange and yasha more suitable

@gerryjonathan6998 for me armlet is trash, the +25 str does not really compensate the -35 hp degen/sec especially in early game where this item is usually built unless its alchemist becsuse the chemical rage can outregen the armlet hp penalty

Just for me armlet was one of the strongest item when it has no CD, now I make it only for all STR hero.
