well this still happens at least in demo mode so i dont think it was patched. its not at max attack speed, what i think is happening is that it keeps adding attack speed to his q even past the 700 cap. so if you have 6 moon shards you do way way way more dps than just having 700 attack speed. edit. they have now patched the 7 moon shard bug

I might have an unpopular opinion here, but i feel like this hero is designed like an overloaded league hero kit. One of my favorite things about dota is majority of the heroes are very simple in design, yet vastly deep in application and execution. Kez just seems like he has such an overloaded kit. I mean percentage health pure damage...? What is this. He might be balanced but lets see. As a design philosophy i feel like this is a departure from a traditional DOTA mindset of hero development.

So its a more refined version of troll warlord stance mechanic. But I don't know with that number chief especially with the katana stance that scales mostly with attack and percent hp.
