What a beautiful song written by the wonderful lady Dottie Rambo! She was such a great person and close to Jesus. The Lord seen fit to trust her to write many songs to praise Him! The first time I heard the song 'Mamma's Teaching Angels How to Sing' the Issacs sang it on the Gaither Homecoming video.

My spiritual Daddy used to sing this at our Bible study/church gatherings. It is so very special to me. Esp. now that my own Mother has passed on. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I believe this was one of her last appearances before the traffic accident that she died in. I was so blessed to know my dear friend and sister in Christ Jesus. Boy was she ever a spritual warrior!

Missing my Daddy Sam and my Mama this morning. I will never forget being so downtrodden one evening and going into Mrs. Dottie Rambo's room at the nsg. home and laying my head in her lap as she prayed and petting my hair as I cried. She was such a beautiful soul. I hope that both my dearly departed loved ones are standing with Dottie singing with the angels today. I would give anything to have a recording of Dad singing this song, as he always said a bit about his own mother at the beginning of the song. Always made me cry, and dread the day my own mama would pass. That day was June 15, 2016 at 10PM. Dad passed away in Feb of this year, but his family did not contact me at all to let me know. I lost my chance to get my Bible back and to get other things Dad had told me he wanted me to have as well. But I have my memories, and the teachings Daddy Sam Jones gifted me with on how to live and love like Jesus. I am forever grateful that God put these people in my life. Jim Ndurchi holds a special place in my spiritual path too. Many do, more than I could name. Bro. Billy Hill, Pastor Denny Patterson, and many many more. God bless every one of you!

My Momma went to be with the LORD on April 3, 2011 she loved to sing and, used to sing live on the radio in the late 1950's with her best friend. Momma loved to hear Dottie Rambo sing. Momma played Rambos records several days a week in our home while I was growing upI When I need emotional release I listen Dottie Rambo, shed a few tears and, remember that Momma is in a better place. Ginny, both of my parents are still living. However, my wonderful wife passed away in December of 2016. Also, I put my dog to sleep last Saturday. I want to comfort you if I may. Ginny, with every day that passes, you are one day closer to seeing your loving mother. Have you ever listened to Allen Jackson sing Precious Memories? I would imagine you would love it. I've been blind since birth and I use a talking computer. I'm sure you think of your mother every day. Take care.

My Mama went to be with Jesus in July. A family friend said that Mama was probably teaching the angels how to sing. It was not long after that that I came across this song. I love Dottie Rambo. This song is so beautiful. My Mama loved to sing. At church people would not sing till she did. Now they will not sing till I do.

I still miss my mama. She died of Ovarian Cancer almost 62 years ago. There was a little church on the hill top by the school at West Point, California that had a Christmas show and Mama and Daddy took me and my 2 brothers. Gene and I both went down to the alter that everning and claims Christ Jesus as out savior. Lonny was only 3 years old then. Even though Mama died when I was 9 years old I knew Christ Jesus was with me. I love you Mama. See you soon

My grandmother,Maude Hilliard went home to be with Jesus on January 1,2003 and she is singing with the Angels and then in February,2003 my grandfather,Rudolph Hilliard went home too. I sure do miss them both.

You realize there's much we don't know, right? It's not all in the Bible. What we need to know is. But every little fact and piece of information is not. Some things are irrelevant to salvation.
