Great overview. I think the other key cards you need to add (similar to Childsen and Kuil) to the conversation is ECL and to a lesser extent Tarkintown. Both are strong enough reasons to want to play mono. An example being Syndicate Lackeys is a 6/5 ambusher for 4 out of Boba2 when using ECL, but is equally valid with something like Aayla Secura for a 7/5 ambusher for 5 out of the same deck. The combo of green leader + ECL is potentially strong enough to push you into the mono green archetype. Vader Red gets a similar benefit from Tarkintown where you can all but guarantee getting rid of their turn 1 play to give you early board advantage.

The issue I've always had with Command is that if you play it in a ramp deck, it's always a really awkward turn 3 play if you've already resupplied. I always get left floating a resource.

Yeah, it’s not a smooth curve out with the other ramp cards but it can do some cool stuff on turn three if you decide to skip ramping on turn 2.

I agree that mas amedda is redundant in palpatine, but I really liked him in my go wide Rex ECL deck. The deck wasn't great for other reasons, but the additional draw really helped pumping out small units and finding Shaak Ti

I think Enterprising Lackeys is a must play in palp-green if you play Barrage, because you can Barrage the next turn for 7.

Hi, im testing monored bosk with tarkin town, very agro deck, giving cards to the oponent with cards like "Force choke" and "guavian antagonizer doing more powerfull "The chaos of war". Now i have 66% winrate in karabast with 120 games played. I think is very playable. Nice video!

Bendu is underrated for Blue heroism. The amount of cards that his ability works with is so much. He’s better than Obi-Wan a good chunk of the time. IMO, he’s at least B

Amedda in mono-green Palpatine is huge. Definitely at least B tier. Been playing it all then time and always pays off.

I just find that it helps Palpatine do what Palpatine is already good at. Mono Green already plays well in grindy card advantage games.

That's true and since people in my location started to use Force Throw and Pillage more often, an access to additional draw is huge.

Mas Amedda and Poggle have both done well to round out Palp's turn 1 into a turn 2 Royal Guard. I also like Huyang to get Mas Amedda swinging, a 2/6 swinging on turn two is massive.

I have played quite some palp-green and I’m not a fan of Mas Amedda. Card draw is generally not your issue in palp. Colonel Yularen is a must play for the heal and Poggle is just better than Mas. The 0 power is also awful since it does nothing, since you can’t ping shields, etc.

Great video, just think I would have placed an asterisk on DJ since very often you arent playing him outside tech combos or seeing play in any dbl yellow leader deck outside of han because of the reasons you mentioned.

Great content. I disagree on Bendu though should be a B IMO, I play him over Obi in my Mono Blue in a 2/1 split, it is a blast to play Vigilance, Takedown, Fell the dragon for 2. The 7 HP also matters some times.

Gongratz on 4k ! DJ is so good with Han1 yes but the fact that you can smuggle for 7 is also huge, DJ is not nearly as good in a Han1 green, so the double aspect is super relevant.

No disagreement there. DJ feels locked as a Mono Yellow and Han 1 card, which unfortunately doesn't boost up the Mono Yellow archetype on its own because it's locked to one leader. And thanks!
