When I see this it pisses me off! It’s essentially stealing from carriers. I’ve been studying the load boards for a few months, but just started dispatching my own companies box trucks last week and I see it all day long. I’ll see a load posted by a broker like Landstar, or TQL and before I can even call it’s gone, three mins later it’s back in board under a different carrier for two thirds, sometimes even half the original price. Also, I think them using incorrect weight, or a surrounding city is to intentionally throw people off that suspect the load as double brokering. I’m in LA, and a lot of the cites are close together, so using the city over doesn’t make a huge difference in mileage, but it’s intentionally meant to deceive. Last I week, I’m about 1000% sure a broker did it with an Uber freight load. The weight was off by 1000 pounds, and they had it listed for a box truck. Uber freight has a ton of loads that will fit in box trucks, If you can get ahold of the broker to confirm, and this broker must have known that. It was going to a very distinct city and was gone after the price increased over a certain amount. Bc Uber freight is intended for semi’s the rates are decent for box trucks, so they really skimming of the top. It’s disgusting, and DAT definitely needs to do something about it.

The problem is some of the bigger brokers like TQL , Nolan , Yellow Diamond etc are also double brokering loads......I would say 75 to 80 percent of loads for box trucks are double brokered

I am sure that your video is meaningful - and it is without a doubt in my wheel house.. I work "With" a carrier (LandStar) and we have a division of Agents that work for us doing what you may percieve as this D-Broker situation. I have the unfortunate honor of confirming your suspiciion - cause I deal with it on a constant basis. It's compicated by the fact that we have a large driver/ O\O base in competition for the same loads. It's a tough world out there, and these crackpots doing this shady and unnecessary practice of taking money off the table should be RUN OUT of the business. Unless you provide a tangiable service to someone or something in the sector - STAY OFF THE LOAD BOARDS. Stay safe my friend.

I have been a Double Broker myself for almost a year. The most of the Double Brokers are located in Armenia, Yerevan city. These guys are fucking things up real bad you have to stop this INSURGENCY!!!!!

I had a brokers company called trucksfreight, and we were told we got the load and waited for 20 mins for the rate con, so i emailed them back stating we will not be able to accept that load anymore..home says how they are going to put us on the do not use list! I was confused because nothing was signed! Plus it was 3 stops wrong mileage, wrong weight and wrong destinations...it was wild.

If its not allowed to Dubble broker the Dubble broker will eventually become a original broker and Goudge the price anyways even more so dont book low paying loads thats it! and ask for more instead so the broker has to ask the shipper for more and so on generally im not pointing any fingers.

@@Choo-ChooCharlesgaming after that you'll get a Freight Guard report 99%. My company got 2 FG reports because I was trying to catch DB and get paid original price. Now a lot of brokers won't give me a load because they see reports on my company at Carrier411. So don't try to do punish DB company. Because you will get in trouble but they will continue doing what they were doing. You are a bigger fish to fry. Don't try to fight, you need to adjust. Better stay away from DB company if something is looking suspicious, but don't try to fight with them.

Highly recommend going to truck stops and talking to drivers in person. Just make sure you know what your talking about and dont make promises you cant keep! That will seperate you from everyone else

Will double brokers hire guys who can't afford or don't have a mc provide a truck and give them shit pay I just did a month for a guy who did relay he paid me from one company name claimed Amazon wanted 6 months worth of authority so he was contacted through another who wanted their magnet on the door this was until his was mature and was going to have me under his authority then I had a problem with the fact that my literal drive time unload and load yesterday was 14 hours without stopping except to put air in a tire that got down to 30 psi try finding an air pump at 2 in the morning when u r running for a guy in Oregon and ur in Knoxville news to me don't trust truck stops pilot did not have air and the machines in the car lots don't allow 120psi took 4 stops to find one by that time I felt like I was driving a fucked up triangle about to fall on its nose I see in other comments what do you pay the drivers you hire I hear you run in places that takes 2 or 3 trucks what do u got for the guy that just wants him and his loads and doesn't want to manage a lot of trucks I mean $150 was not worth 14 hours of driving
