I made this quite a few times about 6 months ago. And my family and I are leaving to Brazil tomorrow, and my sister and I always bake and I discovered that I had some condensed milk in our kitchen soooo. I'm not sure who I envy more; Jamie for getting to hang out with all the coolest youtubers, or them for getting to hang out with Jamie! Hello, I have made these cookies over 5 times without having any problem on a grill oven and I tried to made them yesterday on a convection oven. The problem was that after a couple hours they were really hard on the outer side. I believe that this happened because I didn't store them on a jar, but outside instead. Do you have any suggestion on what I should do so next time they become softer ? Thanks a lot in advance!

I love Jamie interacting with the youtube community. Its a perfect way of showing how anyone can cook the recipes given. I do think the guests should have more of a role in cooking the food. I guess in the same way Ben from sorted food gets the others to do the cooking, but without stealing their ideas. Maybe it would be a good idea to consider having a collab with Sorted food with maybe a Masterchef theme or something. I think its a fabulous idea that you have got a range of chefs on this channel as well. Jamie likes to look after the little man lol. I really enjoy being able to look on youtube for short good cooking clips, for recipes or entertainment. Personally I'd enjoy it more if you toke this channel a bit out of the box to the regular cooking shows on tv and really play on the youtube platform. But I get how that could be risky or unliked. Anyways love all your stuff! Was in the mood to give away feedback lol

Bl4st2 Apparently, the honeycomb bit in the middle of the Maltesers is pretty much what Horlicks is made from anyway, once it's been ground up - so just sling a few more of them in!
