The best results are with cake flour. I am sure you have it in stores in the UK. Look for Swans Down brand of any other brand is fine too. Check with baking stores in the area if they know where to get cake flour.

I had no idea you were Persian like me. I know the Bahayi faith but not very familiar with it because we don't practice it. Our family is Muslim but I do have friends that are Bahayi. I think I spelled that wrong lol. I am so glad that your making more videos and I enjoy watching them very much. I think I have seen some of them over 10 times so its nice to see you back :)

Just a suggestion and I am not trying to be rude. However, it's kind of yucky when you use your bare fingers to scrape batter off spatula. Also, when you lick your fingers, it's just not professional. Just thought I should let you know.
