Have seen many tutorials for cream puffs, this is the first using this method. Most of the recipes add the flour to the milk/water/butter once the mixture has come to a boil. Taking off the heat while adding flour then returning to the stove, mixing until dough forms a ball. Interesting must try this method soon. Thanks.

Why add the whipped cream…..that’s what I hate about the creams these days….the actual pastry cream of 30 years ago didn’t have any of that fluffy stuff…yuck
