Double Chocolate Muffins | डबल चोक्लेट मफ़िनस | How to Make Chocolate Muffins | Chetna Patel Recipes

Ingredients:
1 cup = 250 ml
11 cup cake ( Muffins ) from this Batter
Everything should be Room Temperature
100 gm - Chocolate Compound Chopped
Keep in a bowl.
Take another bowl
1/2 Cup - Condensed Milk ( 130gm)
1 tsp - Vanilla extract or essence
3 tbsp - Amul Salted Butter
Beat with Electric Beater or with Hand whisk , till creamy ( 1st Slow beat in Speed than High Speed )
And Seive the
3/4 Cup - Maida ( 100gm)
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1/4 tsp - Baking Soda
2 tbsp - Cocoa Powder (Dark)
And beat all the things properly and add
1/2 Cup - Milk
Beat in slow speed
Don’t over beat
Add chopped chocolate , Keep a side -25gm chocolate from 100 gm chocolate
Mix with Cut n fold method
Take muffins liners or cup
Fill 3/4 batter in the Cup liner
Add 25gm chopped chocolate add into the top of muffin .
Little tap and keep in the oven
Preheat the oven at 160 degree for 10 minutes and bake for 15 minutes.
Cool it ... and serve
