Note for those making the recipe them selves: when the recipe calls for nuts, the Japanese text translates to “(your) preferred nuts,” so you’re free to use whatever kind of nut you like.

Hidamariiiiiii, waouhhhhh, another great recipe. All my family loved it. Not too sweet, perfect. I was able to make 6 choux with this recipe. Thank you.

I have tried the recipe and it was really good. My sister really loved it. She gave me a compliment :) I would make a few suggestions. First, I needed to let the batter for the choux to completely cool down before I added the egg yolks. Second, I rubbed a bit of water (acting as glue) on cookies before I add cookies on top of choux.
