as someone who's had crohns disease for about 10 years now, out of all the specialists, scientists, doctors, and researchers ive seen and spoken to, not a single one has said crohns is hereditary so idk where the father found that information from. professionals don't actually know whether its a genetic thing or caused by something else which is unfortunately part of why they dont have a cure for it. I got diagnosed right after my 13th bday but suffered about 2 years before being officially diagnosed. I'm 22 now so I understand what Austin must be going through

so true then maybe family will apologise and come to terms ( one day hopefully ), one of my friends had a similar situation after 5-7 years both families accepted the kids and are living relatively happy lives. I dont know why but when that girl said I only slept with him and her ex I sort of believed her that he must be the father, she was always confident knew the exact dates, growing without a father and being told to keep a back up man in her life cuz no man can be trusted maybe it was hard wired into her brain for real.. I had a feeling their families were spreading rumours putting ideas in his head. This dude isn’t the smartest of the bunch clearly but if she loves her and he can be a good dad maybe it will work.

A polyamorous relationship has rules just like any other relationship. It's not a free for all. That's what a lot of people don't understand about polyamory. Just because you are okay with your partner sleeping with one other person doesn't mean you're okay with them sleeping with 10 other people. There is a lot of wiggle room between just 1 person monogamy and a free for all where anything goes.

I have been battling Crohn’s for 16yrs. They need to find a new GI doctor for their son, Crohn’s is not genetic, at least not in the way they mad it sound. If you have Crohn’s and an immediate family member has/had colon cancer, you are at greater risk of getting colon cancer. Crohn’s is an autoimmune disease, if I were to have a child their chance of having Crohn’s is around 15%. My husband has psoriatic arthritis (an autoimmune disease) that increases our child’s chance of have Crohn’s to the 25% area. So ya, find a family counselor and a new GI for the son ASAP!!!!!

As a woman who is polyamorous with two partners - it's often easy for folks to try to blame any problem on the fact that we are poly. All these cases thru the years, all the ugliness and the drama and the cheating,--as long as it’s two straight people I never see all this concern and “sick” comments. Those first people…… they all did have genuine affection for each other. And their son was polite and well spoken. I could never be polyamorous. But it obviously works well for them. I have zero worries for those kids. And this is one of the few times I’ve come away from one of these episodes feeling that way.
