I love it! Im thinking socks, cowl, fingerless mitts, and a hat, if i can figure out how to convert to knitting in the round. Thank you!!

Hi, I love your tutorial videos and have learned how to knit different stitches with your excellent instructions. Thank you so very much!!! I like this stitch you’re teaching us, however I have a question regarding row 4 - would you please let me know if it’s supposed to be the same as row 2? Thank you again very much and best wishes to you !!

How do I cast on 2 different colors?

Can this pattern be done for circular knitting or does it only work for straight knitting. If so, do I CO an odd number and join and work the pattern as stated?

Hi Bast, I'll have to check with my mom Joanne, but in the meantime, here's a great resource for turning patterns into round knitting: www.interweave.com/article/knitting/converting-stitch-patterns-for-working-in-the-round/

Yes. Just make sure to knit the rows that are purled when knitting with straight needles. It's always a multiple of 3 but even in the round, the colors alternate, so you start as the video shows and end passing one over the last 2.

I was working on the pattern and the repetition for row 4 is different from your oral instructions.
